I woke up to the lights stinging my eyes, as I groaned slightly moving my body wincing in pain.

"Woah woah woah easy easy" Ez sighed grabbing my hand
"Hi" I smiled my voice hoarse
"Hey I'm so happy your ok" he sighed in relief
"What happened?" I frowned
"You got shot, we arrived to late and bishop has been investigating who did this he is furious." Ez sighed
"Your dad warned me said some guy came into the butcher shop asking about me couldnt get a name" I said pushing myself up right
"That's weird I'll look into I promise you we are gonna catch whoever's did this" he said squeezing my hand tightly
"You lost alot of blood, you were out for about 3 days" ez said handing me water.

We sat in silence for a few minutes as I played with my fingers as Ez cleared his throat.
"Angel he told me to call when you woke up" ez said looking up at me
"Who was that woman with him?" I said quietly
"Adelita" ez sighed
I remained quiet processing it all in my head looking up at him

"She is gonna be staying with Angel under mayans protection shit went bad and they are after her" Ez said calmly
"Dont call him please" I said softly as the doctor came in.
"Miss. Perez you'll be discharged soon, there are something I need to discuss with you that we discovered if it's ok we give you this information with him in the room?" The doctor smiled
"Of course doctor" I smiled

The doctor smiled brightly before continuing " Are you aware your pregnant miss perez?"
I froze shaking my head in disbelief
"That's impossible doc" I said frantically
"I'm afraid not test and blood work came back positive, I'll send you home with some medicine safe for the baby let me get you going" she smiled exiting
"Thanks doc" Ez said calmly for me

I couldn't find the right words as Ez glaze stayed on me I finally looked up
"Ez what am I gonna do? I said softly my eyes welling with tears
Ez was quick to wipe the tears falling hugging me in comfort.
"Look well figure it out but you need to tell him jasmine" ez sighed
"I can't not yet please" I sobbed
"Ok I got you well figure this out I promise" ez sighed

The drive to the clubhouse was quiet Ez stopping to get me what i needed as we made our way home.
"If i know the guys, expect hugs ok? Everyone has been extremely worried so well take it easy" ez smiled
I nodded returning the smile as we pulled into the yard. So many thoughts running through my mind as we parked all I kept thinking was that I was pregnant by my Ex.

We pulled into the yard a few minutes later Ez running to my side to help me out as some of the guys ran out. Everyone hugging me tightly
"Scaring the shit out me and shit" creeper said hugging me tightly
"Glad your ok!" He smiled
"Thanks me too " I said smiling
"Princesa how you feeling? Bishop said hugging me
"I'm good bish sore as hell but you know I'm stronger then I look" I smiled
"Ain't that the truth muneca just glad your ok, been looking into it promise you I'm gonna find out who did this" he said putting his arm around my shoulder
"I trust you all with my life I know" I sighed
"Let's get you inside to rest" bishop smiled

As we walked inside It didn't take me long to realize Angel didn't bother to make his presence know. It wasn't until i walked inside that i saw him and her talking along with hank and Raza.
"Hey, happy to have you back!" Hank smiled hugging me
"Amen to that" Taza smiled
Angel's face sour as he noticed bishop's arm around me
"Jasmine, adelita" bishop said casually as the brunette approached smile plastered on her face.
"Nice to finally meet you, I've heard alot about you" she smiled
"I'm surprised, had no idea you exist" I said bluntly
Her face held a smile "Happy to see your ok"
"Wish I could say I was happy" I said coldly

Coco clearing his throat "Come on j I'll help you to the room" he said grabbing me lightly as we walked down the hall. I could hear footsteps behind us but I didn't bother to turn until I heard his voice "A word?" Angel said anger in his voice Coco giving him a look as he walked back down the hall.

Angel's face clearly irritated as he looked at me "Look you can say what ever you want to me, but you dont gotta be rude and shit to her"
I was caught off guard at how he was defending her
"Save me the defending act all the sudden caring and shit" I laughed
"Why do you gotta be such a bitch!" Angel spat
"Puta, bitch shit let me add that to my fucking list of words that i am asshole!" I said loudly
"Just be nice ok she is gonna be around for awhile aight?" Angel said coldly
"I dont gotta be shit Angel i dont owe you a damn thing!" I laughed loudly my eyes welling with tears as i stared at him dead in the eyes. I didn't care how many tears feel or how vulnerable i look at the moment.
"You know how bad I hate being that pathetic ass ex-girlfriend you can't get rid of it sucks Angel fucking sucks how fucked up you made me and you dont fucking care as long as your getting pussy that's all you care about or even enjoy so Save me the defense act you got going cause its pathetic and I feel so sorry for you, you'll never know true happiness cause you use and abuse people who would die for you" i yelled tears spilling as Angel moved closer to me
"I wish i would of fucking die back there done you a fucking favor" I spat

Before angel could speak bishop and Ez approached
"Enough both of you" bishop said calmly
I didn't say a word I looked once last look at Angel his eyes hurt and sadden as i turned away walking into my room locking the door letting the tears fall. Clenching my stomach as I attempted to calm myself knowing it wasn't healthy for my unborn child. How could I tell him that I was expecting his child? How could I? I couldn't I wasn't even sure how he would react to the news.

I laid quietly on the bed hugging my pillow as I shut my eyes letting sleep consume me slowly.. Angel Reyes what did you do to me....

I woke up a few minutes later running to the restroom as the nausea hit me hard. A soft knock on my door I sighed cleaning my mouth and walking to open the door. In walked Ez a smile on his face food in hand as he shut the door behind him.
"Brought you food figures you would be hungry" he smiled
"Thanks ez" I smiled sitting on the bed
"You doing okay?" He said sitting directly in front of me
"Yeah I'll be alright I promise" I smiled opening the bag of food as I begin eating it slowly
"Can't believe I'm gonna be a uncle" he smiled
"Promise not a word not yet?" I sighed
"Not until your ready to tell, just know I got your back I'll help in anyway I can ok?" Ez smiled reassuringly
I smiled up at him "You really are one of my best friends Ez I cant Express that enough!" I smiled widely
"We are family no matter what" he smiled

In that moment I knew that I had it all I had family and people who cared about me. Sure I felt alone at times but moments like these remind me that I'm not alone. I really was grateful for the MC, I was just conflicted on how everyone would react to my pregnancy well most how Angel would react... I pushed those negative thoughts away I'd figure it all out eventually but for today I'm gonna enjoy being at home with my family.
