It's monday morning and Gilbert is getting ready for school, he's been pretty tired lately because of all the studying and he's also been trying to find out who his soulmate is.

most of his friends found out already, but he still didn't know. it was bothering him and he was scared that maybe he would never find her.

for a long time Gilbert was scared that maybe he didn't have one, but he knew that wasn't true now, he'd felt the pain. when your soulmate has any physical pain you felt it too.

Gilbert knew his soulmate was pretty clumsy, always stubbing her toe or hitting her head, but he still couldn't find out who it was.

Gilbert sighed as he grabbed his lunch and schoolbooks and put on his coat. "I'm off Bash!" he yelled, before he made his way to school.

he was early like always, studying at his desk while only three other students were in the classroom. Billy and one of his friends, talking about shooting some fox and there was you, reading quietly at your desk.

Gilbert saw Billy walk over to you and say something causing his friend to laugh. "can you please just be quiet, I'm trying to study" he said frowning, hoping they would leave you alone.

Billy chuckled. "sure bud" he said, but Gilbert heard him whisper something before you shivered. Gilbert rolled his eyes.

they really have nothing better to do than teasing her.

during class Gilbert was reading in his book when suddenly he got pinched. he turned around to face Billy. "what?" he hissed.

Billy looked up from his book confused. "what?" he whispered.

"why did you pinch me?" Gilbert asked frowning.

"I didn't" Billy said letting out a chuckle.

"then who did?" Gilbert asked turning to moody, who was now also looking at him.

"nobody" he said.

Gilbert sighed and turned back to his book only to feel a second pinch seconds later. he snapped his head in Billy's direction. "quit pinching me!" he hissed.

"I didn't do anything" Billy said looking at Gilbert as if he was crazy.

"you're so childish, you know that?" Gilbert whisper-shouted, sending Billy a glare.

"he really didn't do anything Gilbert" Moody said frowning.

"oh sure," Gilbert said turning back to his book once again. he got pinched a third time and decided to ignore it thinking they'll stop eventually.

he noticed whispers on the other side of the classroom. a few girls were giggling and he frowned lightly as he saw Josie pinch your arm causing a jolt of pain to go through his arm.

Gilbert gasped as he stared at you with open mouth and wide eyes, realizing what that meant.

I've never even talked to her!
