The prime minister really do be planning to give post-secondary students free money doe 👀
So this chapter isn't really too bad either. There are some parts that are worded weirdly and grammatical mistakes, same as last chapter and stuff that will be present throughout the story. Merric taking (Y/n) to that supposed "meeting" place was alright I guess. The whole application process was pretty boring and there's not much I can say about it.
I think the only other noteworthy part is FREAKIN' FRED. Y'ALL WERE FREAKING OUT ABOUT HIM IN THE COMMENTS AND I WAS NOT EXPECTING IT LIKE WHAT? WHY IS IT SUCH A BIG DEAL? I'M VERY CONFUSED.
But yeah, overall the chapter was pretty bland. Didn't really leave me with much room to complain. Not that I want to but it means this chapter will be short so (ㆀ˘･з･˘)
