You stirred at the sound of Aizawa calling you to wake up. When you stretched and looked out of the window you realised that you where at a small rundown station that appeared to be in the middle of nowhere. You followed Aizawa out of the empty train and into the desolate platform with your bag in hand.

"We'll be walking for about an hour." He sighed.

"You weren't kidding when you said your friend didn't like people. I can't see a sign of civilisation for miles." You groaned slightly.

You and Aizawa walked for about three miles along a small path that ran along the top of a coastal cliff, the view of the beach below was beautiful and the fresh ocean breeze kept you cool in the sweltering heat of the day.

You followed your teacher down a small alleyway of roughly cut stairs onto the beach. There was a small woodland area that overlooked the beach to the right of you, Aizawa began to push his way through the countless shrubs and bushes that littered the area, you came out the other side into a small clearing with a one levelled traditional Japanese house in the centre, surrounded but mossy rocks and fallen branches.

A rough beaten track led up towards the front door. Aizawa knocked on the mahogany framed sliding door before making his way inside.

"Perry, we're here...finally." Aizawa called lazily before slumping into a beanbag in the corner of the bright room. There weren't any chairs in the main room so you knelt on the floor, removing your bag from your Shoulder.

The sound of hooves on wooden floorboards caught your attention you whipped your head around to see a sliding door thrown to the side, a large strange creature burst forward. You jumped in fear and shuffled to the back wall, trying to get away.

"Perry you need to introduce yourself slowly, it's like you tried to give my student a heart attack." Aizawa huffed, standing from the beanbag and making his way towards the beast that just barged in.

Upon closer inspection, the creature in front of you resembled some sort of centaur. A deers body, with a human from the waste up where a deers neck would normally be. Large grey wings hanging either side of the lower deer half, the top half was a thin woman, she had doe brown eyes and a soft smile, her long hair was pulled back into a bun.

"L/n this is the old friend I told you about. Her name is Perry,"

"W-what the hell...her quirk...l-l've never s-seen-"

The winged deer/human hybrid made her way towards you, tentatively placing her cloven hooves one after the other. Her front pair of legs kneeled down on the wooden floor as she came to your level, you were still sat on the floor, your back pressed as far against the wall as possible, you where breathing rapidly in shock.

Perry stretched her hand out gently and pressed it against your cheek, you flinched away from the contact. She gently helped you to your feet. She backed up next to Aizawa to give you some space. Once the initial shock had passed you realised that she was quite beautiful and had a graceful aura that seemed to soothe you. The large grey wings that sprung from the back of her deer half shuffled slightly to get comfortable against her sides.
"As I said on the train, she's an exception to most rules, that includes her quirk. You know about power based quirks like Todoroki and his fire and ice, you also know about physical quirks, Iida and his engine calves."

The scruffy man scratched his chin and placed a hand on Perry's shoulder. My friend here has an extremely rare ability. She has a mythic quirk called Peryton. Mythic quirks tend to only belong to one person at a time, and resides within bloodlines. Perry here is the last of her family, she is literally what you would call a dying breed."
