After the wild happenings of Momo's study session, revising by yourself proved to be a more successful way of taking in information. Katsuki was focusing hard on getting top scores. You wanted more than anything to show him your new abilities. But with so much going on, you never got the chance to mention it. Hopefully these exams would be your chance for a grand reveal.
Three days of written exams rained down on you, you where mentally worn out but your body was twitching for action after being sat in exam conditions for so long.
There had been talk of the physical exam being a battle against the robots in the entrance exam but there was no way that the teachers of UA would make it that easy.

Finally it was time to take the practical exam. You stood with your classmates in front of one of UA's many facilities as you where informed that in groups of two, you would be facing off against a member of staff for your challenge. Staff who all happened to be insanely strong. Your gut feeling was right. They weren't going to make it easy for you. Damn you and your correct hunches.
"Present Mic will announce the teams. L/n? I need to talk to you." Aizawa instructed as he stepped away from the crowd, motioning for you to follow him. You exchanged a nervous shrug with Ochaco as you gingerly followed over to where your lazy home room teacher was leaning against the wall.
"My coworkers have all been made aware of your rare case. The knowledge of mythic quirks already circulates the staff board in case a mythic quirk holder comes into our schools care, right now that's you. You will probably be wanting to test out your new skills today in the exam. I just wanted to let you know that you are free to do so." He spoke in serious tone. He handed you a piece of paper containing the teams and who they will be up against for the exam.
"Seeing as there's an odd number in our class, you are allowed to decide which pair you wish to join. If you want to pass, I suggest you don't choose to fight against me. The element of surprise goes a long way. I had to spend a week with you during your internship so I know your strengths and weaknesses." He waved you off as he made his way back to the collection of teachers.
You trudged back to your own group. Looking down at the sheet you saw many odd parings and opponent choices. They where obviously selected for a reason. Matching teachers with students that have very different or similar quirks to make the fights more difficult seemed to be the plan set in place.
Reading the last pair made your heart stop. Katsuki had been teamed up with Midoriya. 'Those two can never work together, what was Mr Aizawa thinking! And they're going against All Might? The number one hero! Does he want them to fail?' You thought to yourself, you sheepishly looked up from the sheet to see the two boys Glaring at each other. Katsuki looked furious and Midoriya looked completely terrified as he was held in the harsh stare of his agro teammate.
"That's no good, they won't communicate with each other at all. Even if the teachers wear those weights around their arms and legs to slow them down...All Might will completely overpower those two if they don't learn to work together and use their words." You mumbled worriedly to yourself.
You sucked in as deep of a breath as your lungs could hold before marching over to them. Despite putting on your best brave face, your voice came out as a broken shaky mess. You could cut the tension with a knife."Hey guys. Do you mind if I join your team? I'm the odd one out so I'm allowed to choose who's group I join." You laughed nervously as you scratched your head.
"Y/n? Oh sure! But...being able to choose? Isn't that a bit unfair for the other teams?" Midoriya lifted his hand to his face to wonder out loud.
"I can see why you'd think that. But you guys will struggle to communicate because of your...complicated relationship, so I'm willing to step into the crossfire to be a negotiator. And in my eyes it was unfair when you where put against the number one hero anyway!" You jutted your thumb over your shoulder in the direction of the massive pro hero as he put weighted bands around his wrists.
