"You sure, you don't want to come with us?" Lisa asked. She placed her chin on Chaeyoung's shoulder.
"I can't baby, I promise mom that I'll bond with her today. Sorry, okay" Chaeyoung faced her lovely girlfriend and cup her face. Lisa pouted. Today was the day she will have lunch with Irene as promised.
"Well, guess it's only me" Lisa's shoulders deflated.
"Don't be silly, Lisa" Chaeyoung chuckled at Lisa's cuteness.
"Can you gimme a kiss?" Lisa protrude her lips.
"Here" Chaeyoung leaned and place a kiss on Lisa's lips.
"Tastes like heaven" Lisa said that made Chae giggled.
"Go now, so you can go home early" Chaeyoung said.
"Are you kicking me out?" Lisa played offended but Chaeyoung just rolled her eyes.
"You heard me baby" Chae said and Lisa gave her a flying kiss before exiting the door.
Chaeyoung sighed. The disturbing scenes in her head were ruining her inner peace. Is she seriously letting Lisa go to spend time with her ex? If Lisa truly loves Chae, what possibly could go wrong.
Her thought was in chaos. As a woman, her instinct were mostly correct. She glanced at the clock and noticed that she still had two hours before meeting her mom. Chaeyoung quickly get her coat and shoes. She was decided to follow Lisa.
Chaeyoung made large steps towards the parking lot. She started her engine and tracked Lisa's car. It was going towards the Italian restaurant near the building on where Irene used to work. What Irene had on her mind? Does she want to remind Lisa everything? Chaeyoung fastened her phase.
Lisa went out her car and Irene was already there. Irene waited at the front of the restaurant for Lisa, at this weather? with a warm smile on her face? They went inside the establishment, with a close distance from each other.
Before proceeding inside, Chaeyoung wore her black face mask and Adidas cap, hiding her beautiful face. She went to the spot on where she can clearly see the two but not vice versa. Lisa called the waitress to order from them two. Irene was obviously lost on Lisa, like a madly inlove teenager. Chaeyoung also noticed that it was the same gaze she gave Lisa four years ago when they're still dating
The waitress disappeared and this time, the two started talking. Lisa was probably talking about the places she has been due to her profession. Irene smiled and occasionally laughed, losing her eyes in having fun listening at Lisa's stories. Chaeyoung remained calm but her insides where slowly falling apart. It was like she can't do nothing about the torture nfront of her. Her grasp into the menu tightened.
The waitress brought their orders. Chaeyoung continued watching the two while she clutch on her chest dearly. It badly hurts, especially when Irene wipe Lisa's lips that made the blonde startled but smiled eventually. They looked like a happy couple.
Chaeyoung's mind presented the flashback right in front of her, the moment she talked with Irene at the engagement party. The lady said she was not inlove with Lisa anymore. Did she lie on me? Chae asked herself. What she said sounds real but what's happening right now? It's the contrary.
Why does she feel helpless? Unknowingly, the tears started streaming down from her eyes. It was because of being scared that she might lose Lisa, anytime soon in just one snap. She's afraid of getting hurt and losing everything. She's afraid to be alone when she's used on being with Lisa all the time. It would be difficult and severely painful on her part.
