"I called everyone, they're safe. It wouldn't be a good idea to see them tonight, one of us might be getting followed. And Yeri is sleeping already" Lisa said as she removed her heels. Irene was timidly sitting at the couch, a relief flowed on her body upon hearing Lisa's statement.

"I hope Jennie is okay"

"She's not. She's probably not mentally okay, the trauma could crawl on her skin like it was fresh like it happened yesterday. It was a good thing that Jisoo is with her" Lisa said.

"Lisa" Irene called the blonde.

"I'm going to bathe first" Lisa said, not ready for a serious discussion when they just run out from a deadly place.

After almost an hour, both Lisa and Irene were wearing comfortable clothes, Lisa lend the older lady some.

Irene was sitting adjacent with Lisa. Both of them are ready to talk. Lisa was losing her mind, she can't think straight when the woman who shattered her heart was infront of her, and the same woman who her hearts beating for. Irene slowly gulped, she really wants to talk with Lisa, determined to fix what has been broken. The air was filled tension, even if no one spoke.

"I think we should take it slo-" Both of them said in unison and stopped at the same time. Lisa cleared her throat.

"You go first" Lisa mumble looking at her side.

"No, you go first" Irene said shyly.

"Nah, you're a visitor. You go first"

"No, you saved me tonight, it's only right for you to go first" Irene said. Lisa scowled.

"Okay, so as I was sayi-" both of them said in unison, again. Lisa laughed a little and Irene suppressed a giggle on her lips.

Lisa tap the vacant spot beside her. Irene looked at her confused.

"Sit here beside me" Lisa said in plea, only if she was willing to admit how much she long for Irene. Irene felt her heart has been doing cardio, from the way it beats so fast.

She slowly rose and went beside Lisa, just like the blonde had wished.

"Your like someone I never met but I miss so much, your like someone I never met but I knew so well" Lisa said.

"I can't remember anything from the past" Lisa said and Irene felt her heart sunk.

"My brain is probably not working right, maybe yes, but in a terrible manner" Lisa said, knowing the real meaning of her words on her own.

"This brain organ is useless, but this, this heart, no matter how hard I tried to stop. It kept shouting the name it wants, the name that owns it. And it wasn't me, it was you. The entire time it was you and I was clueless" Lisa said as she faced Irene. Irene's eyes watered, forming tears at the side.

"I'm sorry for being disrespectful. I'm sorry for cussing words towards you, when all this time I was stopping myself to admit how much I love you. All this time, I want to say I love you, that I'm inlove with you." Lisa confessed. Irene couldn't hold the tears anymore. And even if this Lisa is different from the woman she met half decade ago, Lisa is still hers. And there'll be no other Lisa.

"I'm sorry" Irene threw herself to Lisa. She can't contain it anymore. She needs to feel Lisa's skin in a warm hug. Lisa hugged her back, snuggling her head at the neck of her lover. They cuddle in contentment.

Irene's warm body against Lisa brought comfort to both of them. Like all of the pain they felt vanished and what they care is only for theirselves, for them two. Sounds selfish, maybe, but the two hearts that needs each other for so long are unstoppable.
