Chapter 15

The day was here.

Y/n and Tae Hyung went together to Amanda's parent's house(which was close to their dorms plus her parents were out for the night). The house was big to compare to the crowd of people. Since only participants and their photographers were allowed a number of people were low compared to the usual fart parties. People already had cups in their had and soft EDM was playing in the background. No one was drunk, yet. Always the real party starts after the winner is announced. For Y/n herself, it was the first time to attend the party but she got to hers from Emma last year what goes in the party she was one of the photographers, and the winner may I add.

After walking around and spotting her friends she dragged Tae Hyung with her.

"Guys this is Tae Hyung." she introduced officially to the group.

"And Tae that's Bella, my roommate." Bella waved her hand to him and he returned it with a smile. "Emma on her lap." Emma forward her hand for him with he took gladly shaking it. "And you already know Priya." Priya went close to Tae Hyung pulling him in a hug.

"Happy to see you here." She said.

After a while they heard a click sound, Y/n looked around to find out the source. It was Alec, he was from my advertisement class, one of the topped who was kind enough to tell answers to everyone during the test without getting caught. In short, he was one of the most favorite people in the university.
"May I have your attention please." He spoke. "Thank you for coming and joining us on the tradition which students of _____(university's name) had been following for years. The creators who made this just for their friends later was shared with others. The simple aim of this event is to celebrate the beauty of your own and to see your-self beauty on another scale. We the head of this event never called it a competition because it truly isn't. It's just a beautiful event where you get your bond strong with your juniors." Y/n looked at Taehyung who gave her a wide smile. "Celebrate each other's beauty. So I will stop my speech now seeing Joey is already tipsy." Alec said looking at his boyfriend who was turned red when everyone in the room turns his attention to him.

"No I am not!" he whined hiding his face with his hands. Everybody else just giggled or chuckled at it.

"I hope everyone had already sent us their pictures to us and if not you still got ten minutes till we arrange the projector." with that Alec was off to help other students who were arranging the table.

That's when Y/n realized she never sends her photos to them.

Faceplaming herself she took out her phone and select the photos which she had to send. Just before she could send the pictures she had a second thought.

What am I doing here?

Did I really think I could take part in something like that?

Maybe it was a mistake.

Just two steps away from where Priya was talking to Taehyung, he noticed the discomfort on Y/n's face. He excused himself and walked towards her.

"Hey you okay?" asked Taehyung.

"I think I should go." Y/n said walking out of the house and Taehyung behind her.

"Why are you going to?" Taehyung demanded as they reach out of the house where no students were there. He grabbed her hand making her stop.

"I- it's stupid of me to participate. There so many good looking people and I am just trying to make fun of my self." she turned around and Taehyung could see tears flowing on her cheeks. He quickly wiped off her tears by cupping her face and wiping the tears by his thumbs.

"No that's not true " he whispered to her. "You're not making fun of yourself. You're as beautiful as anyone in there Y/n plus that's what the event is all about right? Knowing and showing your self beauty. Trust me you're a beauty."

Y/n sniffed her nose staring at TaeHyung. She was touched with his words and was thankful to have some like him in her life. The more she stared at him the more of his featured she got to study. He was truly a beauty like God made sure he had his each and every feature to be perfect without any flaw.

"I never realized it before but one of your eyes had the mono lead and others don't," she spoke which made TaeHyung chuckled his arms around her pulling her close.

"I glad you observed that."

Y/n wrapped her arms around his slim waist was pulling him close, loving the warmth his body was giving in the cold night.

The moment was ruined when Y/n's phone ring making them pull out of their hug. She looked at her phone and saw her best friend's name flashing on the screen she answered it.

"Y/n you idiot where are you? The event had already started." Bella scolds her.

"I am outside... it doesn't matter I am not attending the event anymore. I don't think they will allow me to enter now anyway." Y/n said.

"Y/n." Bella took a pause. "Are you sure it's okay? I can talk to Alec sure he would listen to me."

"No, it's okay. I was never interested in the competition anyways."

"Are you sure? It's not because you're getting insured about yourself again, is it? Y/n I had told you any time you're no less than-" Y/n cut off Bella.

"Bella I am alright. Everything is fine, I just don't have any mood of attending the event."

Soon they hang the phone saying their goodbyes.

"So what now?" she heard Taehyung asked. She looked at him and he was already staring at her.

"I was looking forward to getting drunk," she said sighing.

"We can do that!" Taehyung said excitedly. "I have some vodka in my apartment so we can still get drunk. We can watch a movie, order Chinese and drink vodka."

Y/n smiled at the sight of him smiling like a kid. "Strange combination but sure why not plus I will get some time to spend with my love." She said.

She saw Taehyung's eyes wide looking at her in shock.

"Wa-what?" His cheeks turned red and his heartbeat heavily, Y/n didn't realize it which Taehyung was thankful for.

"Yeontan will be there won't he?" Y/n asked innocently. Taehyung's heart dropped as quickly as it was started speeding just a moment ago.

"Yeah," Taehyung mumbled. He didn't understand why his mood was changing second by second. It never happened to me before.

Y/n looked at her phone. "We will get the bus in ten minutes let's go," she said walking forward.

At least not before she came in my life.
