I leave her sleeping form in our bedroom and make sure to lock the door this time. Part of me knows Matthew wont try anything, Tris told me of how he was comforting her and that he said I would surely forgive her and such, he has certainly gained some respect in my eyes, but only some. The other part of me knows that he is in love with her as well, I've seen that look in his eyes around her, I have the same one. I cannot lose her, she means too much to me and losing her again would be the last straw to a very long list. I wonder if I made the right decision letting David go, I suppose it doesn't matter, because next time the 'right' decision won't make a difference. He took away my Tris (unsuccessfully), but he hurt her, and that monster deserves his punishment.
I haven't been able to sleep and I know she's noticed but she hasn't said anything about it, Tris knows me and knows when I'd rather not talk about something so we don't. She looks me over with her concerned face, the cute way she crinkles up her brow when she's worried, and she will give me a peck of reassurance and snuggle into my side. I missed that when she was gone, but before she was gone I didn't have the nightmares like I do today.
I watch still, every time my eyes close, her die in vain. I can't save her in my dreams even though she's okay now, but that's the thing, she isn't really okay now. She's sick, extremely sick, and we don't know how to fix her. Whatever her mother did, it's unforgivable. I need answers, so I storm the Bureau in hope that Caleb is awake as well. It is a fair assumption, often he stays up late into the morning creating new formulas and studying medicines, which is exactly what we need now.
I come up to the lab where he typically works and am relieved to see a light coming from inside, so I knock on the mahogany door. No response, knocking again I begin to wonder if he fell asleep at work, so I open the door and receive quite the shock.
Caleb is pressing a somewhat tall brunette against the wall, his fingers are all over her and her fingers are raking through his hair.
"Caleb?" I gasp as he pulls back and reveals a very red faced looking Christina.

Ficção AdolescenteThe ending of Alligent had me in tears so I said no, no Tris is not dead. She was in a coma.... This book will rotate between the perspectives of Tobias and Tris, now the first chapter is technically Tris, so I will edit that later. Remember I DO NO...
