After the interview, everybody went home. When Lando and Liv arrived home, Lando went straight to his room to play some games with friends. Liv didn't mind, she still had to do some stuff for school. At least, that was her plan. Isabelle FaceTimed Liv and Liv got distracted from her schoolwork.

"Anyway, I got an internship," Liv happily said and smiled widely. She sat down on the couch and took a sip from the cup of tea.

Isabelle raised her eyebrows and looked impressed at her. "Really? Where?"

"McLaren," she carefully and slowly said.

"No way!" Isabelle smiled impressed.

"Yes way," she replied. "I got rejected again, and I happened to be at McLaren today. Sam, the marketing guy, knew about my fake internship thing with Lando and Carlos, but he was wondering if I still needed to find an internship because they were still looking for an intern for next season. So Lando kind of made it happen and arranged an interview," she told Isabelle. "But before you say 'favouring', Sam said he rated my work just like he would do at other interviews, so yeah. I got the oversea function, so I will probably travel with the team to every race next year."

"Excuse me? Olivia, do you understand how fucking amazing this is? You get to be at every race," she said speechlessly. Since Liv knew Lando, she and Isabelle sort of became big fans of F1. "You went from F1 hater to a bloody McLaren employee and a Lando fan in less than six months. What a change," she laughed.

"Duh, Lando is my boyfriend, of course, I'm his biggest fan," she said proudly. "And yes, I will be at every race until my internship is over."

"This is the story of the year, I swear," Isabelle said impressed and ate some snacks. "Anyway, what are your plans for Christmas? Because maybe we can go on a double Christmas date. You, Lando, Lorenzo and me."

Liv's eyes widened. "Shit, I still have to ask Lan and talk about the family. Wait, let me ask." She got up from the couch and walked to the room of Lando, she had no idea if he was in a stream, but she needed to ask it. "Anyway, sounds fun. I'm in. Dinner or lunch or breakfast?" She knocked on the room and opened it for a bit.

"Breakfast or lunch," Isabelle answered, but kept silent when she saw Liv entering a room.

"What's up?" Lando asked and looked at Liv.

"Are you streaming?"

"Not anymore," he said. Liv opened the door more and stepped inside. "Why?"

Liv ran her hand through her hair and had a quick look at her phone; Isabelle was looking at Liv while eating, it was like she was watching a movie. "I'm not joining you on streams or whatever," she smirked. "But about Christmas; my dad's fam is coming over on Christmas Eve, and I want to be with them on that day because I can visit my mum's family on another day," she explained. "And we have a double date with Belle and Lor."

Lando nodded. "We can do Christmas Eve at yours and Christmas Day at mine?" A smile grew on her face, and she nodded. He smiled as well. "Side note: we don't do presents anymore, the tiny humans are exceptional and still get presents. And nice, when?"

"Yeah, same. But I'm the youngest of them all," she smirked. "Alrighty, I will let my family know. We don't have a date for the date yet, but I will let you know," she smiled and turned away to leave the room.

Lando grabbed Liv's hand, which made her turn around and look at him. He ducked his lips. Liv leaned in and gave him a kiss. She scanned his face and noticed something different; he was hiding a feeling.
