•Two Years Later•

"You're finally going to do it, huh?" Hange asks Levi. Levi planned to take (Y/N) out for dinner tonight. 'Taking out' meaning in the back yard of their house. The public thought (Y/N) was still dead, and the Mafia decided it would be a good idea to keep it that way. They even got permission from (Y/N).

She was permanently with the Mafia.

"Im gonna do it. Tell everyone to stay out of the backyard, okay?" Levi then gets up from his chair and looks for his papers.

During the search, he noticed bullet holes in the table. He then remembered what (Y/N) said to him.

"Don't get rid of them. It's the only thing I have left of them."

(To this point on, it will be Levi's perspective)

Those were the bullets from Kenny and Caven's guns. After their death, we buried them in our backyard. The only thing (Y/N) had that she could take around that belonged to Kenny was his hat.

His cowboy hat.

After that tragic day, it took her a week to finally show her face to everyone. Everyone was worried, but excited. They were excited because she was alive. Like, really alive.

Once she showed her face, she faced a lot of questions and crying faces.

Like..a lot of crying faces.

Ever since that day, (Y/N) changed. She didn't behave poorly, nor did she act happier. She was just..broken. To this day, she's still haunted by that day.

No matter how many times I tell her it wasn't her fault, she would deny it. She would sometimes have panic attacks just because of the thought of them dying before her eyes.

But, during the years, she has recovered quite a lot. She rarely has panic attacks and she isn't as 'broken'. She still tells us stories about them getting ice cream, the time Kenny choked on a marshmallow and made Caven punch him to get the marshmallows out.

It made everyone laugh, even though she was talking about our rival. Well, ex-rival I guess.

"How did the training go with the newbies?" (Y/N) asked me.

I remember that training. It was painful to watch. They were all so bad. Like, so inexperienced that it wanted me to give up on them.

"It's like their heads are in their asses. They had no idea was to look for. we did a knife drill first. They had rubber knives and had to 'stab' them to win." I explained. "Huh. I remember when I had to do that. I thought it was impossible to win." (Y/N) said the last part in a whisper.

"Well, look at you now." I say, trying to cheer her up. "Yeah, I'm a total badass. I can kick your ass if I really wanted to." She said cockily. I rolled my eyes. "Oh really?" I question her.

"You know damn well you can't." I then picked her up and put her over my shoulder. "To the kitchen we go." I say. "For such a small guy, I thought you couldn't carry me." (Y/N) then laughed.

I dropped her suddenly and looked at her. "I'm surprised too that I can carry your fat ass." I jokingly say. In result of saying that, I now have a red mark on my cheek.

She slapped me.

"It was a joke." I rolled my eyes. "I know! It's just I want to prove I have the guts to slap you!" I chuckled. "Since when do you have emotion?" (Y/N) asks.

"Ever since I met you, dumbass."

It was currently 7:00pm. We were having dinner outside. The back yard had many seating areas and many pools.

Did I mention we moved? The main reason we moved was because Kenny shared our location to many people that hated us, so we decided to move.

This place was way better. Like, way better.

We were currently near the west fountain

We were currently near the west fountain. That was (Y/N)'s favorite place in the whole house.

(Back to the story)

"Tell me why were having dinner here. We don't usually do this." (Y/N) was getting suspicious. "Can't I just have dinner with my fi—girlfriend?" I asked.

You don't even know if she'll say yet. Don't call her your fiancé because she isn't. Not yet, at least.

She saw right through me. "Don't lie. Are we moving again?" She asked. "Can you just..." I muttered. "Huh?" Great, now I'm nervous.

Like, really nervous. The moment we got up from our seats, it was time.

"Well, this is gonna be cheesy." I say. "Listen here. Ever since I met you something changed in me. And no, it wasn't my sexual desire. Actually, I lied." Ah, shit. Don't tell her that.

I could tell she knew what was happening. There was a look in her eyes that gave it away.

"The moment I saw you I knew you would change my life. Before I met you, I was a stone cold asshole. But you changed me." I slowly got out the box out of my pocket and knelt down.

"Will you marry me?" I ask. I looked up at her and saw tears slowly fall down. "Oh shit..I-"

"Yes. Oh my—Yes!" She then hugs me. It was like time froze for a second. Tears fell down my eyes. Tears of joy.

"She said yes!" Hange shouted. Everyone was secretly watching from inside. The couple didn't even notice. Nor did they care.

All they were focused on was each other. Today was a day that no one will forget. Today was the day that a new chapter began in their lives.

A chapter that is yet to be read. A chapter that is the most interesting one of them all and everyone was excited to discover.
