So, uhhh- This is probably going to be pure angst, argument and hatred. So uhh- yeah. And, just a note : please don't kill me for all this. Like, breaking up Patton and Logan, the angst with the dark sides, Janus' mother, the Roman angst and now this. You guys have really dealt with me and my angst, havent you? Last chapter is the most sweet stuff you'll get for a while. I've got a load of stuff - angst mostly - planned... Sorry, not sorry. This is what you get for picking this book to read among your other options. A bunch of angst, no update schedule and terrible writing. Oh yeah, and also weird chapter names.

Logan yelped, "let go of me!"

His expression was blank, and his voice was void of emotion, but it was somehow still intimidating and forceful to hear.

"No." The one holding onto Logan's wrist muttered.

Their voice was dangerous, and familiar. It seemed as if it was ready to murder someone, likely to be Logan.

"Who are - Roman...?" Logan's voice wavered slightly.

He knew what this was. It was about breaking up with Patton with just a letter with those words and no explanation. Then, ignoring him without anything else. Logan knew it was a terrible thing to do, but he couldn't let down his guard. He couldn't do that again. He was selfish, he knew, but it was for the best.

"You know what I'm going to tell you, don't you?" The Prince sneered.

"I do not know what you are talking about, however I would appreciate you letting me go." Logan lied, his voice blank.

Roman let go, but he made sure that Logan would fall backwards onto the castle wall.

"What the hell is wrong with you!?!" Roman yelled, frustrated.

Logan froze from trying to stand straight, shocked. Roman never raised his voice, unless...

"You know how this would affect Patton. You saw it yourself!" Roman continued, "Why did you do it, Lo? I saw how you looked at him, I saw how you were in love with him, I saw how much you cared for him. So, why did you do it?"

Logan stated silent, wishing he could break eye contact, but not doing so... he couldn't. That was weak.

"And you're back to your old, emotionless and ignorant self from first year." Roman sneered, clapping sarcastically.

Logan's eyes narrowed.

"No words to say? Seriously?" Roman stepped back, letting out a painfully amused scoff. "You're weak. You can't have emotions because you're just a weak coward."

Logan's expression darkened. His eyes were dangerous, and he shot upwards. "What...?" His voice was low and threatening, but there was genuine questioning in his tone. "I'm weak?"

"You won't even admit it to yourself. How pathetic. You can't even admit that you're just an apathetic bastard who lies to himself to keep from cracking. You're weak." Roman hissed.

There was frustration in his tone, but a part of Roman just genuinely wanted to have the old Logan back. He'd never appreciated the stoic figure before, and his genuine personality. He'd only ever really fought with Logan in a way for the two to keep the remaining - but little - pride the two had left. He'd always seen Logan as a joke, someone not serious, because he was jealous. Because he wanted to be able to shut off his emotions like Logan did, because he wanted to respect himself, because he wanted to just be someone who could rightfully have some pride, and not just a wannabe Disney Prince with low grades. He'd never truly told Logan he appreciated him, and he regretted it. Like they all say, you don't know how much you care about something until it leaves you.

He'd made the mistake of letting his brother run away, Roman wasn't about to make the mistake again.
