Sorry it's been so long. I've just been really busy and stressed so far. I know that's not a good excuse, but I promise I'll update as much as possible. Also, I love how everyone understood the Odd1sOut reference from a while ago. By the way, can you survive this chapter?

(If anyone gets this, whose side are you on? I'm neutral in this, but I'm hoping it all works out for both sides.)

Now, onto the actual story.

As the light sides all stepped out of the train, there was no need for separation. They were all spending the summer with Roman, after all. Thankfully, Remus and Deceit were staying at Deceit's mother's house, so they wouldn't need to interact.

Roman's parents were in the distance, waiting for the four to arrive.

"Oh hello, Roman, Patton, Logan and... what is your name?" Roman's mother was bright and humble.

"M-my name is V-Virgil, ma'am." Virgil bowed his head slightly then faced her.

"Oh, you're so polite! Jane is fine!"

Their car was quite large and so all four of them could fit without issues. Thankfully.

"By the way, I'm on top!" Patton exclaimed halfway through.

Virgil began laughing maniacally but tried to muffle it with his sleeve.

"He meant bunk beds, you nasty!" Roman exclaimed, understanding.

"Yeah, what else?" Patton asked.

"You're too pure for this world, Patton." Virgil commented.

"Or, you are just dirty minded." Roman added.

"Maybe both. But you can't blame me for thinking that! He phrased it in that way. Plus, he could have actually planned to-" Virgil stopped himself before he ruined Patton's mind.

Logan turned red immediately as Roman chuckled.

"Wait, I just realised- bunk beds?" Virgil questioned.

"Basically, we have bunk beds, instead of normal beds. That's only because of all the sleepovers I used to have as a kid with Remus, along with nowadays. It's just easier to fit that into the rooms we have. To be honest, since it's two separate rooms, I would usually just steal the floor, since it was only us three and we may or may not stay up until midnight just annoying Logan." Roman explained.

"That... was longer than it needed to be." Virgil commented.

After about 2 centuries, 5 decades, 2 years, 8 months, 6 weeks, 3 days, 16 hours, 8 minutes and 19 seconds, they finally arrived.

(Add all the numbers together)

They basically just did boring stuff until they decided to be a cliche and play, 'Truth Or Dare,' But with a twist: 'Truth Or Dare, Kiss Or Swear.'

"Well, we all know the easiest way for Logan and Patton to survive to just choose, 'kiss,' since we're not going to make them kiss someone else." Virgil announced.

"Wow, Virgil. That's a good example of what they shouldn't do." Roman slow clapped. "But, who is going first?"

"Can I?" Patton asked. "Truth or dare, kiss or swear, Roman?"

"Truth!" Roman exclaimed.

"Boring!" Virgil exclaimed.

"Oh, shut it." Roman mumbled.

"So, Roman, what is the most insulting thing someone has told you?" Patton asked.

"Straight." Roman stated.

"Wow, Ro..." Virgil sighed, exasperated.

"Okay, then. You called me boring for picking truth, so... Virgil, truth or dare, kiss or swear?" Roman asked.

"Dare." Virgil decided.

"I dare you to let someone hug you for the next thirty seconds." Roman winked, knowing Virgil pretended to hate hugs, despite being a cuddler.

Virgil groaned. Patton immediately began to hug Virgil.

"Patt!" Virgil protested, but let the father - like boy hug him.

"Okay. Logan's been very silent this whole time. Truth or dare, kiss or swear?" Virgil asked.

"Truth." Logan decided.

"How long have you liked Patton for?" Virgil teased.

"Uhhh... beginning of fourth year, I guess..." Logan mumbled.

Patton kissed Logan's cheek.

"Okay, then Roman! Truth or dare, kiss or swear." Logan asked, hiding his pink cheeks.

"Dare." Roman replied.

"I dare you to choose kiss the next time you're asked." Logan decided, knowing full well that Virgil and Roman had feelings for each other - purely because of Patton.

"Wow, Logan. Never expected the nerd to dare that." Virgil rolled his eyes, knowing full well what Logan was planning.

"Okay, then Virgil, truth or dare, kiss or swear?" Roman asked.

"Swear. Nobody else has chosen it." Virgil shrugged.

"Swear to only wear bright colours for the entirety of today." Roman smirked.

Virgil gasped, offended.

"I don't even have bright colours."

"Borrow Roman's." Logan told him.

"Now, come one, Emo nightmare!" Roman dragged Virgil to the closet.

Roman left the closet for Virgil to change. A minute later, Virgil came outside, groaning. He was wearing a white shirt, red hoodie and jeans.

Roman blushed and looked away while Virgil sat next to him.

"Truth or dare, kiss or swear, Patt." Virgil asked.

"Uhh... truth?" Patton responded.

"How long have you lived without cookies at most?" Virgil asked, since Patton was too much of a cinnamon roll for anything mean.

"A day?" Patton shrugged, eating a cookie-

WHERE THE HECK DID THAT COME FROM!?!

"Roman, Truth Or Dare, Kiss Or Swear?" Patton asked, knowing full well what he was doing.

"Kiss." Roman mumbled.

"Kiss Virgil!"

Not too unexpected. Since, who else?

"Just get it over with." Virgil mumbled.

The two both knew that, yes, Virgil kissed him on the cheek that one time. However, it was their first on-the-lips Kiss. And also, they hadn't spoken about or even mentioned that time.

Roman quickly pressed his lips against Virgil, and he immediately felt warmt rush through him. It was like they were just somewhere in heaven, all alone, nothing to worry about. When they pulled away, Roman found himself blushing red.

Patton squealed, while Logan smirked at how oblivious the two were.

Hours later, they finally finished.

At that point, Virgil and Roman had been dared to cuddle. Logan was dared to let Patton boop his nose. Roman had to share an embarrassing moment. Virgil was still wearing white. And they were all content in the moment.
