Chapter 11

Cheryl's POV

*BEEP BEEP BEEP*

The alarm went off, and I stretched my arms. I tried to get out of the bed but Toni cuddled me tighter. I chuckled to myself.

"Toni, we need to go to school," I said.

"5 more minutes," Toni whined.

"Fine but let me get up," I said.

"But I don't want to," she replied.

"Come on, I need to enhance my good looks, babe," I said.

"Okay, I'll get up too then," she replied.

"Finally," I sighed.

I got up and went into the bathroom to brush my teeth. I had a quick shower and I did my hair. Toni came out of the bathroom in a towel and I blushed.

"You okay, Cher?" she asked.

"Mhm," I replied.

"Okay, um you and Jason take the car and I'll ride my bike then when we get to school, we walk in together, kay?" she asked.

"Alright," I answered.

"Um, I'm not going to Vixens practice," she said.

"What? Why?" I asked confused.

"I need to move my stuff to my trailer," she answered.

"Toni, you can stay here, you know," I said.

"I know but I think I should stay in the Southside anyway, it'll be closer to the Whyte Wyrm and I don't want to disturb anybody in the middle of the night, I just think it would be the better option," she replied.

"Fine but who am I going to cuddle?" I whined.

"I don't know, you ready?" she asked.

"Yup let's go," I replied.

"Alright, um I'll catch you at school," she said leaving the room.

"Jason! Are you ready?" I yelled.

"Yes!" he hollered.

"Come on, we're taking the car," I said.

"Alright, coming," he said coming out of his room.

We walked down the stairs and got in the car and drove to school.

At school

I saw Toni standing at her motorbike talking with Sweet Pea, Fangs and Jughead. I saw Jason glaring at her.

"Jay Jay, what's wrong?" I asked.

"She's a serpent," he spat.

"Jason, listen, I love her okay, every part of her," I said.

"Alright, but if you get hurt I'll kill her," he said seriously.

"Well, you won't have to," I said walking over to Toni, "Hey, TT,"

"Hey Cher," she replied.

"TT?" Sweet Pea mocked.

"Is my girlfriend not allowed to give me a nickname?" Toni joked.

"Girlfriend? Damn Tiny, when were you gonna tell us?" he asked, placing his hand on his chest.

"When I wanted to," she replied, "Let's go inside, Cher,"

"Alright, come on Jay Jay," I said gesturing for Jason to follow us.

Toni's POV

As soon as we walked into the building, everyone turned their heads and the whispers began. I wasn't really used to being at the centre of attention, although the attention was mainly on Cheryl and Jason. Cheryl was holding her head up high and so was Jason, I, on the other hand, was silently panicking. Cheryl must have felt my hands sweating because she mouthed to me. Are you okay? I nodded. When we entered the lounge room, everyone was shocked, no one as much as Veronica whose face lost all it's colour almost immediately.
