45 minutes later
Cheryl had fallen asleep on my shoulder and then I heard Sabrina coming down the stairs. I slowly got up as to not wake Cheryl I laid her down on the couch and went to the base of the stairs to meet Sabrina.

“Cheryl’s sleeping so we need to be quiet,” I explained.

“Okay then let’s go to my room,” Sabrina offered.

“Okay,” I said following her up the stairs.

We got to Sabrina’s room and I closed the door.

“So what did you find?” I asked eagerly.

“It turns out that we can just put you in the middle of a blood pentagram and put a candle on each point and then I say the spell and we’re done,” she answered cheerfully.

“But whose blood are we going to use?” I asked.

“A Catholics blood,” she answered.

“Okay, I’m not Catholic so um, what do we do?” I asked worriedly.

“We ask your girlfriend if she’s Catholic,” she answered.

“We are not cutting my girlfriend!” I protested.

“You guys really care about each other don’t you?” she asked.

“Yes, she is the love of my life and I promised to never put her in harm’s way,” I explained.

“I’m sure she’ll be willing to do it if we asked her,” Sabrina nudged.

“Fine,” I sighed giving in.

We walked downstairs and I saw Cheryl stirring in her sleep. I sat down next to her.

“Cheryl,” I gently nudged her.

“Mmm, hey, TT,” she answered.

“Cheryl, I um have a question,” I said nervously.

She clearly sensed my nervousness because she immediately shot up.

“Are you okay, Toni?” she asked concerned.

“Yup, I just, uh are you a Catholic?” I asked.

“Yeah, why?” she asked confused.

“Because we need your blood for a less dangerous spell,” Sabrina answered.

“Okay, how much do you need?” Cheryl inquired.

“Cheryl come o-” I started.

“Nope, you are not changing my mind on this one, Antoinette,” she said sternly.

“Okay, then” I sighed giving up.

“So we don’t need a lot of blood so lets just cut the palm,” Sabrina explained.

“Okay, but I’m healing you right after,” I said.

“Okay, calm down,” she said pecking my cheek.

Cheryl’s POV
I pecked Toni’s cheek and stood up.

“Let me get a knife and a glass,” Sabrina said and went into the kitchen.

“Cheryl, you know that you don’t have to do this you know,” Toni said.

“I know that Toni, but I love you and it’s a small price for me to pay, so don’t worry about it, okay?” I said.

“Alright then,” she said.

“Okay, so who do you want to cut your hand?” Sabrina asked as she came back into the living area.
