A few uneventful weeks passed and they were some of the longest weeks of Wooyoung's life.

He spent a lot of time alone in San's penthouse with Nova trying to find something to occupy his worried mind.

There had been no update on what was happening with Marcus.

San had helped Wooyoung change his phone number as soon as both Luke and Marcus tried to call him. They didn't want to take any risks, but Wooyoung kept expecting the police to show up and take him away because of the damn contract he signed.

And every time he mentioned it San would reassure him that no one would get past security here. Plus no one knew where he was staying. If the police were looking for him they would start with his apartment which would lead straight to a dead end.

Wooyoung sighed and stared out at the city below him from the large ledge he was sitting on in the living room.

He never got tired of it.

There were so many things for him to see and watching the small ant-sized people milling around below him made everything that much more interesting.

If only he could get out and do something though.

Although lately, he had started feeling awfully tired. He contributed it to the fact that he had hardly left the penthouse, but t here were somedays that he would wake up drenched in sweat and then he would hardly have the energy to leave the bedroom.

Nova sat in his lap, purring happily whenever he started to rub her behind her ear.

She had taken to life at the penthouse happily and loved that she had so much more room to roam.

Pierre had taken quite a liking to her two and always had a treat of some sort whenever he came up to visit.

The elevator dinged, drawing Wooyoung's attention.

San stepped out and smiled as soon as he saw the younger. "Wooyoung!"

"Welcome home." Wooyoung smiled, not leaving his perch. He watched as San set down his briefcase and took his jacket and tie off. "Did you have a good day?"

"I did." San snapped open his case and pulled out a file. "I had a very good day, actually." The older beamed and walked over to Wooyoung. They exchanged a quick, passionate kiss before San sat down next to him. "Here." He held out the file.

"What is this?"

"Just open it." San nodded quickly and motioned for Wooyoung to continue.

Pursing is lips, Wooyoung flipped the folder opened and noticed a legal document. He skimmed through it and felt his mouth open more and more as he went on. "Is... Is this true?" Wooyoung looked up and watched as San puffed out his chest and nodded.

"You bet it is. The deal went through just today. He really tried to fight me on it, but I wasn't going to give in that easily."

"San... You didn't need to do this..." Guilt started to build up within Wooyoung as he glanced back at the piece of paper in his hand.

On it was documented proof that San had purchased Marcus' business. Detailed on it was all of the details about how San had full rights to everything. He could stop in to inspect the building at any time, he could control what contracts Marcus took, and he was able to adjust how Marcus paid himself too.

San was now Marcus' boss.

"I've already been by the office. He wasn't happy about it, but after a lot of negotiating, I made him an offer he couldn't refuse. I also made him tear up your contract. You no longer work there, Youngie." San leaned forward and placed a hand on Wooyoung's knee.
