Just like usual, Wooyoung was feeling perfectly fine starting the next day. And the rest of the week.

Physically at least.

Emotionally he still felt like he was a bit of a wreck. San had taken the day after the doctor's visit off to make sure that Wooyoung was feeling ok. He had even managed to put the phone down, yelling at Yeosang to tell him to stop calling him and to push all his meetings for an emergency.

He turned into the caring boyfriend Wooyoung knew he could be, refusing to let Wooyoung do anything. They ended up spending the day on couch listening to music or watching movies.

Wooyoung had his head in San's lap almost the entire day, giving him one of the best views he could think of whenever he looked up. Because he truly did think that San was a handsome man. And his smile lit up the entire room.

Being together like this made Wooyoung forget about everything else, but once San went back to work and he was alone again, he started to wonder if that was how things were meant to be.

Part of him felt like he had never really been able to make a choice. Everything had happened so fast and suddenly he was living with San.

But he felt like Jongho had also made it clear that he didn't want to be with him after walking away twice.

"What the hell is wrong with you." Wooyoung muttered to himself while furiously stirring a sauce he was working on in the kitchen. "You're with San. You shouldn't be thinking about Jongho. Just forget about him already."

He slammed the pot against the stove and tried to block out what Jongho had started to say to him at the farmer's market.

It didn't matter.

Wooyoung turned around and looked at the recipe on the tablet behind him and went to find the cream. He had never had the chance to cook San dinner, so now he wanted to surprise him when he got home.

He could smell the chicken cooking in the oven and it made his stomach grumble. "I hope San gets home soon."

A meow answered him and Nova tilted her head to the side from where she was sitting on one of the barstools.

Wooyoung smiled at her and returned to what he was doing.

As the minutes passed by, and it got closer and closer to being done, Wooyoung checked his phone and saw that there was no update from San as to when he'd be home.

Chewing on the inside of his lip, Wooyoung tossed around the idea of giving him a call. He wanted to believe that San would keep his word and be home any minute now, but he had also grown used to San's crazy hours at work...

Before he knew it, his phone was ringing next to his ear with San's name on the display.

"Mr. Choi's phone." Yeosang's familiar voice came from the other end.

Wooyoung had to work to keep the disappointment out of his voice when he spoke. "Hi Yeosang, it's Wooyoung. We met some time ago at the office?"

"Yes, I remember." Yeosang sounded unimpressed or like he was upset about something.

"R-Right. Um, is San there?"

"He's finishing up a meeting. Don't worry, he's trying to hurry. He asked me to tell you if you called that he will be straight home after this."

"Oh! Well, thank you for that information. I appreciate it."

"It's not a problem." Yeosang said with a slight sigh, then ended the call.

Wooyoung's forehead furrowed as he looked at his phone. Something didn't feel right when it came to Yeosang. He had a feeling that Yeosang might have feelings for San, but he couldn't be sure.
