Soft kisses pulled Wooyoung from his uneasy dreams. It took him a moment, but once he remembered who was in bed with him he scrunched his eyes shut and tried to will himself to go back to sleep.
"Good morning, Sweetie." Luke whispered in his ear. He was brushing his thumb over Wooyoung's jaw, as if to remind him of what happened last night. Even that light touch hurt so it had to be bruised. "Did you sleep well?"
Wooyoung nodded twice.
"Won't you even speak to me?" Luke sounded hurt as he propped himself up on one elbow to look down at the younger. "You don't seem very happy to see me."
Wooyoung wanted nothing more than to say he wasn't, and to ask Luke to leave. But he knew he was in no position to defend himself. He was weak... And pathetic...
"It's ok, I know this must be a shock for you." Luke slipped out of bed and grabbed Wooyoung's hand to help him up. "Let's get some breakfast and catch up, yeah?"
"S-Sure." Wooyoung said, keeping his eyes on the floor.
This is how it always was with Luke. He could be really caring and attentive. Wooyoung had genuinely loved him in high school because he did everything he could to take care of him. But once the drugs started, and Luke was comfortable enough to start doing them in front of Wooyoung, everything had changed.
He wasn't afraid to push Wooyoung around or treat him poorly in front of others. And then forcing him to take drugs was introduced and it really messed Wooyoung up. He had barely graduated high school, and the only reason he had was because Luke had graduated the year before.
The teachers had made him graduate, though, because he had been held back three times. That was why he ruled the school. Everyone was tired of him.
Why he had picked Wooyoung though, no body understood.
Hundreds of boys and girls had shown interest in him because, despite the drugs, Luke was an attractive man. He liked to change his hair color, workout, and wasn't afraid to show off his muscles and tattoos. He had a more square face with a sharp jawline and brilliant green eyes.
And he had been the biggest heartbreaker in school. He turned down everyone who approached him.
The school had been outraged the first day he had shown up with his arm slug around a bright, red Wooyoung's shoulder.
Wooyoung could still remember it like it was yesterday... He had been so happy at the time.
Wooyoung closed his locker and slipped his bag over his shoulder before letting out a long sigh. The last thing he wanted to do was go home, especially knowing his father was off today.
He knew his parents would be waiting to ambush him and ask him about school. Or even worse, they would probably have another girl they wanted to set him up with.
At only sixteen he was already being sold off to the highest bidder to make sure their family name would go on and remain relevant in their city.
Wooyoung turned around and was just about to leave when he noticed Luke and his posy walking by. They were all laughing and pushing each other around. It was so easy to see that they were good friend. It made Wooyoung a little jealous looking at them. He had always had a hard time getting close to people.
Surprisingly, Luke stopped and motioned for his friends to keep going before he walked over to Wooyoung. "Why the long face?" He asked, crossing his arms and leaning into a locker.
Wooyoung's eyes grew wide and he knew he had to have an insane blush on his face. "N-No reason." He ran a nervous hand through his hair and looked down.
