It is the last day of your sophomore year. It doesn't even feel real, the sun is shining and not a single person is paying attention to class. You and your best friend Roxy head to the cafeteira for your last lunchtime of the year. Around you people are looking through the year books and bragging about their future trips.
You met Roxy on your first year of middle school, she had recently moved to California from Australia. She surfs and she taught you how to skateboard. She is really kindhearted and kind of edgy. Roxy has beautiful light brown hair with purple highlights and blue eyes. After the end-of-school assembly you have planned to go to Roxy's since her twin brother Kai is throwing a party to celebrate the holidays.
Like Roxy, Kai surfs and skates. He is pretty cute with dirty blonde hair and grey eyes. Only a few people were invited to the hangout, some fellow sophomores and a couple juniors.
When you are finally free from school, you both skate together to the Hamilton's. You recognize some faces. Harley Atwood, the year's badass, she has all the boys drooling over her perfect curls, as well as her tanned and hourglass shaped body. In a corner is Zack Sinclair humming to his guitar's melody. He's quite the loner but incredibly artsy and creative, he writes, play's the guitar and draws.
"Oh and what do we have here? Delilah Wood? At a party?" You notice the warm brotherly voice of Blake Callahan.
"Hey bro, yes I decided to come after all".
Blake is a year older, you've known each other since birth pretty much. Your families have always been close. He has always been the attractive one but Blake's modest and goofy all the same. Finally you come across Kai who presents you to Ella Bennet a responsible but wild junior. She smiles at you, gracefully moving her true blonde hair.
