"Is he refusing to eat again?" I asked, but Jackson shook his head. "No. He's eating just fine. He's just been real tired." He said taking off his hat and placing it over his heart. "Can we meet him?" Colby asked breaking the silence that had just entered the room. "Not yet I want to see him before I bombard him with a bunch of people." I smiled at the group and they all nodded. "Jack are you busy?" I asked turning to Jackson. "No ma'am." He replied with a slight nod of his head and smiling widely. He knows I don't like being called ma'am. "Do you mind showing them around for a little, while I check on Rocky?" I asked grabbing his hand and squeezing it a little. He nodded and I thanked him and left for the barn. I heard all the girls giggling a little I couldn't help but smile. After about an hour of riding Rocky, I went to find the group, still riding him. "Sup y'all?" I said scaring them. "Oh my. He's so big!" Tara yelled and Jackson laughed. "No tara. You are just small." Jake frowned a little then laughed, tara smiled. I patted his belly as I got down. "Ty is having a game. I'm sure he'd be happy to see you." Jackson winked at me. "Not you too!" I laughed. "Who's Ty?" Corey asked. "The guy I told you about." I smiled at him. "Wait this isn't him?" Mike asked. "No. Now you can stop pouting." Jackson glared at Mike and I elbowed his side. "Be nice." I said confused. "Are y'all a thing?" Jackson asked and I shook my head. "Okay good." Jackson mumbled under his breath. I looked at him confused, "I'll tell you later." I nodded then turned back to the group as they pet Rocky. "I'm going to put him away then I'm going to meet up with some old pals. I'm sorry for leaving but I need to see them." I smiled shyly at them. "It's no problem. You should go see some of your old friends. We don't want to get in the way." Colby said smiling at me. Jackson smiled at me then at Colby. "Thank you Colby." I then looked at Jackson, "What's That look for?" I asked. He shook his head. "Go have fun with the guys!" He said laughing a little. "Okay I'll see you later." I patted his shoulder and kissed his cheek, then grabbed Rocky's reins.
I went up to my room and got changed.
