After much convincing Jenna and Mary pick up their things in the apartment and move them into mine. Jenna didn't have a lot of things to move over but Mary most certainly did. She had more clothes than Jenna and I combined, but that's because Jenna spoils her when it comes to what she wears. But we get it all in our two cars and make it to the apartment in one piece. We spend most of the day in Mary's room setting it up to her own liking. This is the first time she got her own room and she was excited. I know she's going to miss sleeping with Jenna but Mary was about to be five, a big girl doing big girl things. She was growing up every day and now she has something she can call her own. She picked out her bed and the sheets and the Disney Princess paintings for her wall. She's stronger than she realizes, I think she will love having a place of her own.

So she spends the night in there setting up her dolls to her liking and showing them the new place. Jenna joins me in my room as we move some things around to fit all her stuff in with mine.

"So, how are you feeling about all of this" I wonder. I've learned that instead of assuming or trying to figure her out I can just ask and more times than not she will let me know.

"Still a little nervous" she admits. "But I know this is the right thing to do. I trust you with my life and now I know you trust me with yours too. It's just going to take some getting used to. I've never been in a relationship strong enough to be able to put blind trust into it like I do with you. I know you could hurt me and ruin me but I still agreed to move in because I know you would never do anything to hurt me. I know that you love me with every fiber of your being and you just want us close to you. It's all still so new to me" she admits.

"It's all new to me too. I've never even had a girl stay over until I met you. I didn't think that I could feel for someone in the way I feel for you. But I can't wait to spend the rest of my days waking up to see you laying by my side. I can't wait for dinner dates with Mary and more blanket castles. I don't know what to expect from this, I mean we have the rest of our lives to figure it out. I just hope I can make you happy" I insist.

She reaches over and grabs my hand. "You make me so happy" she smiles.

"Good" I insist.

We finish unpacking everything and grab Mary for some dinner. We order pizza and hang out in the living room as we have our first meal together. One chapter in our lives is over and now a new one starts.

"I want to be a princess for Halloween" Mary announces with pizza sauce all over her mouth. Jenna wipes it away so she doesn't end up wearing it like a find piece of jewelry, again.

"Okay. Which Princess? You already have Cinderella and Jasmine and Ariel" Jenna lists off.

"No! I want to Princess Leia" she claims and Jenna looks at her weird.

"Like from Star Wars" she questions.

"Yeah" Mary cheers.

"Since when did you like Star Wars" she questions.

"I watched it with daddy" she claims and I smile. "I know she's really really old now but I want to be her when she was younger."

"I love Star Wars. I can't believe you guys watched it without me" Jenna pouts.

"I honestly had no idea you liked the movies. I would have waited to show them to her if I knew that" I insist.

"Only the strong can resist Star Wars. And when I was a kid I had the biggest crush on Hayden Christensen. I mean the BIGGEST-" she starts.

"Alright I get it" I tease making her laugh.

"Don't worry. If I had a choice between him and you I would choose you and it would only be a little close" she jokes.

"Wow" I scoff.

"I'm kidding! I love you. Plus if Mary goes as Leia we can go as Anakin and Padme and then you can be his character making all of us happy" she smirks.

"You just want me to look like him" I accuse.

"No. I want a excuses to dress up like Padme and to still be in a relationship with you" she claims. "And I want to see you dressed up like Anakin" she admits.

"I knew it" I gasp. "I don't know if I should be offended or flattered."

"Why not both" Mary claims.

"Right" I mumble.

We finish eating dinner and try to find some costumes. Halloween was tomorrow but with moving and the end of baseball we didn't have any outfits yet. There was a fun little trick or treat party at the community center down town and I try to be a part of the community so I agreed to take Mary there. Once Jenna gets off work we can all change and head over there but we still need to figure out.

After what he turned out to be a very long day I follow Mary into her room and she jumps up into her new bed. I tuck her in as she turns to me. "What if there's monsters in my closet? Then who is going to save me"'she asks.

"There's no monsters in there, you know how I know that" I ask making her eyes go big in wonder. She shakes her little head as she listens intently. "Because this room is monster proof. Any monster who tries to get in will be blasted before they could reach you. I set up this room so no matter what, nothing can hurt you" I promise.

"Thank you daddy" she smiles and I smile back.

"Of course baby. Sleep tight" I tell her as I kiss her forehead. I leave her night light on and leave her be. I know she was scared to sleep by herself but she can do it. I know she can.

Jenna says goodnight to her and we climb into bed. I smile to myself knowing that it can be like this every night and I was one lucky man.

"Earlier you said that we have the rest of our lives to figure things out. You really think this is going to last forever" she wonders.

"Of course I do. Don't you" I ask.

"I always believed in true love and spending the rest of your life with someone. But that doesn't mean life agrees with me too" she defends.

"I want you forever, I promise" I insist.

"Then I'm yours forever" she promises.
