Kakashi's P.O.V.

"So who is it that's supposed to be going with us Kakashi- Sensei?" Naruto asked for the hundredth time in the last 20 minutes.

"For the last time Naruto, you will see when they get here." I didn't even bother to look up from my Make-Out Tactics book, the kid is over energetic in the mornings and getting on my nerves.

"Ah don't be so hard on him Kakashi. The boy is just curious." Master Jiraiya was perched up against the wall of the front gates, water pouch in his hand.

I sweat dropped and continued to read my book.

"Is it a woman? Because it's totally a sausage fest over here." Naruto sighed, causing me to start choking on air.

"N-Naruto?!" I exclaimed, hearing that come from Jiraiya is one thing but Naruto?

"Is that- Y/N- sensei?!" Naruto yelled looking back towards the Village and started waving like an idiot.

Jiraiya perked up and looked towards where Naruto was waving, "Oh thank God." He sighed heavily.

"Hey Naruto! Kakashi!" She yelled and waved back, she started to run our way now, her scroll belt threatening to fall off her hips.

As she reached us she gave Naruto a tight hug, of course Naruto is a blubbering idiot and blushes a deep red.

"It's been so long since I've seen you! Look at you! All grown up!" She exclaims pulling him away from her chest and holds him at arms length.

"Yeah it sure has." Naruto rubs the back of his head sheepishly.

"Well hello again Y/N, long time no see." Master Jiraiya walks up to her and holds his arms out requesting a hug.

Y/N squeals and happily accepts his hug. "Master Jiraiya?!"

Naruto's jaw hit the ground, "You know Pervy Sage?!" He points a finger towards the toad sage making all of us laugh as they pulled apart.

"Yeah! He trained me yeeeeears ago." She laughed and started to walk backwards out of the gates, "Well formalities are over, time to go."

And I thought Naruto was energetic.

After a few hours of walking and a lot of conversation later, I turned to Naruto who was walking beside me, Kakashi and Jiraiya behind us.

"Hey Naruto, wanna see something cool?" I asked pulling him out of his thoughts.

"Yeah sure!" He exclaimed, his face lighting up with excitement.
