Dirty Little Secret

It's been four whole years since Sasuke left the Hidden Leaf Village. Four whole years since I've seen his face, heard his voice. Me and Sasuke were the only two Uchihas to survive the attack on our clan from his older brother Itachi Uchiha. We were but children, Itachi speared us because he truly believed that me and Sasuke would rebuild our clan and that our lives were too precious to kill.

I miss him everyday that goes by, we were so close growing up that some would say we were destained to bound to one another forever. Sure I confessed my feelings for him when he was leaving.

"Please Sasuke you can't go! You'll be labeled a traitor and they won't hesitate to kill you on sight." I pleaded with Sasuke, holding onto his shirt sleeve.

He glared at me, but his eyes held a sadness in them. "Don't be so annoying. I have to go." He scoffed, "Besides. I'll kill them all before they even touch me."

Tears rimmed my eyes as I gripped his sleeve tighter. "But-but we were-to"

"We were to what? Restore our clan?! How can I restore our clan with someone whose so weak?" His words words me in my heart hard, shattering it into a million pieces.

He grabbed my wrist harshly and threw it off of him scoffing.

"You're weak Y/N. You are just as weak as Sakura and equally annoying."

My body trembled with sadness and anger, how can he say these things now when not even two weeks ago he was smiling at me and joking around as we trained together.

"You don't mean that." I whispered and looked at the ground.

"Yeah I do. Don't follow me or I'll kill you too."

Ever since that night I've trained as hard and as much as I could, pushing my body to it's breaking point, resting and doing all over again.

I was meditating in the waterfall Captain Yamato made for Naruto to train him with. It was peaceful, relaxing and the only time I could really collect my thoughts and rebuild my chakra.

"Y/N?!" I heard someone call. I opened my eyes lifting my head and seeing Captain Yamato land by the bank of the waterfall and slowing stand up to his full height.

"Oh Captain Yamato? What's up?" I asked smiling at him as I stood up.

His cheeks held a small tint of pink at the white robe that clung to my body, and he spoke up. "Lady Tsunade what's to see us. There's a new mission." His face now serious.

"Okay give me a minute." I jumped off of the rock I was sitting on and landed on the ground walking over to my folded up clothes and looked at Yamato.

He blinked a few times looking at my clothes then blushed bright red turning around. "S-sorry." Shoved his hands in his pockets his back to me.

I laughed, "It's okay Captain." I quickly got dressed, hanging my robe on a tree to dry and walked back to Yamato. "Shall we get going?"

He turned to face me and cleared his throat nodding his head.

"Let's camp here for the night." Captain Yamato said as we stopped, the sky growing dark.
