Old Wounds Re-Opened...

Stiles immediately left the precinct, putting his right-hand man Justin in charge. He called Lydia, telling her to meet him at home to devise a plan. He rushed through the door and quickly greeted his wife with a kiss and explained what Scott had told him over the phone.

"Stiles the nogitsune is completely trapped, there's no way it escaped," Lydia said, rubbing her husband's shoulder.

"Then what's wrong with Allison, and why won't she talk to us... we told her and Noah if anything weird happened, they could trust us!" Stiles yelled, getting upset.

"I know, but she just turned sixteen like four months ago. She has no idea what's going on, or what to think, let alone what to say to us. She has no idea what we went through." The redhead stated calmly.

"Then we tell her. We tell her, everything!" Stiles exclaimed, rubbing his hands together.

"I know it's always better when they know, but the nogitsune isn't getting out, and then what? We ruin any chance of Allison having a normal life." Lydia reasoned.

"Then, What do we do?"

"Create a plan. Try to see what she knows or what's happening. She's a lot like you, especially with the way she thinks, so if she was curious about something..." Lydia said, trying to think.

"She wouldn't stop until she got some answers. Even if the answers were crazy." He finished. Lydia and Stiles both looked at each other and at the same time said,

"The Bestiary..."

"Stiles, do you still have the flash drive?"

"Well, yeah... but half of it is written in Archaic Latin." He argued.

"Excuse me, our daughter can read Archaic Latin! Just give it to her. Once she gets into it, she'll create some kind of investigation, like you always do, and then when she leaves... we can see what she knows." Lydia defended.

"Okay, and what if it is the nogitsune?" Stiles questioned.

"We shouldn't have to worry about that because it's stuck in the triskelion. We just need to understand why the nightmares started," Lydia explained. Stiles nodded his head and went into the basement, looking for the flash drive.

Travis ended up getting a ride from Allison and sat in the back, while Noah rode shotgun. They pulled up to the Stilinski's house and went their separate ways. Noah and Travis walked next door to get home and Allison went straight into her basement. She wanted to find something that could possibly help her. Instead, she found her dad standing on a chair, looking through boxes.

"Hey, Dad!" She said, grabbing Stiles' attention. "What are you looking for?"

"This old flash drive, on it there's something called a Bestiary. Fair warning... most of it's written in Archaic Latin, but Scott said you and Noah got into a lot of mythology books, so I wanted to give it to you... ah, here it is!"

"Bestiary? That sounds wrong on so many levels... but thanks! At least it's an easy language to read." Allison said, grabbing the small flash drive.

"I'm sorry wha-" Stiles said shocked.

"You've met Mom, right?"

"Good point." Allison went upstairs, researching everything there was on werewolves. She ran down to the basement, getting thick chains in preparation for tomorrow. She brought it back up to her room.

"Allison, dinner!" Her mom called. The girl ran into the kitchen and immediately started talking to Lydia.

"I'm surprised you and Noah aren't together," her mom laughed.

"He's hanging out with Odekah today, I would've too, but I have a lot of stuff to figure out."

"Really... what kind of stuff?" The strawberry blonde questioned further.

"Um, just homework! The usual I guess." She laughed and Stiles walked into the room, placing a kiss on top of Allison and Lydia's head. As soon as he sat down, the teen heard a voice loud in her ears, but the tone was calm and sinister.

Are you threatening us?!

Allison dropped her fork and shot her head up to face her parents.

"What?! No, why would I be threatening you guys?" She spoke quickly, clearly confused. Lydia and Stiles both turned to look at one another. Stiles furrowed his eyebrows and squinted his eyes, while Lydia grabbed her daughter's hand.

"We didn't say anything, what's going on with you?" She questioned Allison. Shocked, Sal pushed her chair out and ran up to her room. The girl tried to fall asleep, even though it was only eight o'clock. Every time she shut her eyes, she would hear something talking to her.

Let me in...

Let me out...

Come find me...

Then she'd hear riddles, the same ones from her night terrors. It still referred to her as Stiles. Allison opened her eyes and grabbed sticky notes, a marker, and some red string. The girl was trying to connect everything she knew about herself. Everything she knew about the Nemeton. Everything she kept on hearing.

The questions she had and the questions she was asked. By the time she finished, her alarm clock rang, signaling her to get up for school. Allison looked down at the maze she had made on her floor. It included every part of her nightmares, to the voices and what they were saying, even the riddles and their answers. She quickly added a sticky note to the wall and wrote,

~ DON'T LET THEM IN!

She connected every single string from the floor to that one note on her wall. Allison felt like it was the most important. The girl got dressed and quickly stuffed the chains into her bag. Allison decided it was best to ignore her parents after what happened yesterday.

They shared a brief look and her mom smiled at her, happy she didn't have another nightmare. Stiles sat at the table lost in thought, playing with his fingers. Allison walked out the door and saw Noah jogging over to her. They got into Bullet and she explained what she read on werewolves. Lydia walked over to her concerned husband.

"What? She didn't have any night terrors, that's a good thing, right?" She questioned. He nodded his head and quickly got up pacing.

"Technically, yea... but when I was in her position... I just didn't sleep altogether, I was scared, I never knew when I was awake until I counted my fingers, and I didn't want to let Void in," Stiles spoke frantically.

"So what are you saying?" She questioned, as they both walked out of their house and to their cars, getting ready to leave for work.

"I'm saying... I don't think she went to sleep last night." Lydia nodded her head in response.
