New To This...

The next morning Lydia and Stiles had to be cautious. There was no telling if Allison was going to be Void, or herself. Last night she was able to control it, which Stiles couldn't understand. He was never able to do that, although he wasn't a banshee.

Dwyer, Tara, and Travis all slept at Noah's house. Scott felt like it was a better option, just in case Allison couldn't control herself. The girl woke up and walked down the stairs for breakfast. It was earlier than usual, for her.

"How'd you sleep?" Her mother asked.

"I'm not sure if I did, I mean I closed my eyes... but um, I felt like I was awake playing this game? I don't even know how to play!" The brunette exclaimed. Stiles' head perked up, remembering the game of GO.

"I could try to teach you if you'd like?" He offered. Both parents wanted to believe that this was their daughter, but due to past events, they couldn't believe a single thing that fell from her lips.

"No. I think not knowing the rules or how to play the game could be an advantage. I don't have to play fairly to win, I just have to do it on my own." Allison spoke. The truth was, she was unsure if it was actually herself or not, but by questioning that, Ally thought there could be a small chance she was ahead of the game.

"Look. I'll be honest with you guys. I'm not sure if I'm me right now or if I'm Void and I don't want you guys to trust me... I don't even trust myself." Lydia and Stiles both silently agreed with her. They didn't know what else to say.

Stiles handed the girl pancakes and sat down across from his daughter. It was a silent breakfast until the girl started to feel like she was falling. Allison set her fork down and gripped the handle of her knife. She was taken inside of her own mind, playing the game of GO.

"You wanted me to think I was winning." She said out loud. The nogitsune just smiled and played its turn. Allison felt like she was watching a movie. She saw herself staring at her dad's hand. The girl watched as she grabbed his wrist and pulled him forward. She saw the knife in her hand fly up, ready to strike.

Allison looked at the board and threw the piece as far away as she could. The girl felt herself come back to reality and just before the knife stabbed her dad's arm, she swiveled it into her own. The girl yelled out in pain and her parents stood up, walking towards her.

Allison backed into the wall and slid down. She ripped the knife out, healing fast, and kept her hands over her ears. The girl wasn't just hearing the nogitsune, she was also hearing the sound of someone choking on water. She felt their death, deep within her veins, and screamed. The power it had, threw Lydia and Stiles to the opposite wall, as well as some furniture. It didn't take long before Scott and the others ran into the house.

"Another person drowned," Allison said, shakily looking at everyone.

"I think it's time you guys tell us everything!" Scott yelled.

"Everything? It's been like... What? A week!" Travis argued.

"Yea, a very busy week!" Stiles yelled sarcastically.

"What about you guys?" Noah asked, facing the adults.

"What about us?" Malia questioned with an attitude.

"Tell us everything," Tara said, standing in front of her pack.

"We will. How about... after we get home from work?" Lydia reasoned. The teens all shook their heads agreeing with the adults.

"I'll take them to school," Scott announced. They each had to cram into the seats. Noah sat in the front, while Allison, Travis, Tara, and Nick all squeezed into the back. Their ride to school was silent and slightly uncomfortable. When Scott parked the car, he looked at the teens,

"Look. You guys need to watch Allison, Okay?" The teens all nodded along.

"Does that go for me too? Should I invest in a pocket mirror?" Allison sarcastically asked, earning an eye roll from Scott. The teens got out of the car and went their separate ways.

Allison, Noah, and Scott entered the classroom together, ready for first-period. The principal walked in with a new girl by his side. A few whispers were exchanged between the two adults and Allison thought she looked familiar.

"Shit!" She said, sliding down in her seat.

"What?" Noah asked, leaning in closer so they could whisper.

"She was the girl, in the basement, at Eichen House!" The boy's eyes widened. He was gonna say something else but his dad interrupted,

"Class this is Alexa Reed! Please make her feel welcome at Beacon Hills." The girl smiled and took a seat behind Noah. Allison started to bite her nails when she realized the girl was staring at her.

"Mr. McCall I need to speak with you... right now!" The brunette called out. Scott whipped his head around and motioned his head towards the door.
