Roadside Death...

The teens met up at Odekah's house. Travis usually lived alone because his family was always out on business trips. Allison still didn't want to go home and she had a lot of missed calls and messages from her mom and dad, even from Scott and Malia. She shut off her phone, looking towards Tara and Noah, as they spoke about everything Jack had told them. Allison butted in,

"That sounds exactly like what we read in the Bestiary about sirens."

"So, we could be dealing with sirens?" Noah asked.

"I think I know who they are too." Travis said continuing, "Cassidy and Lance Hudson. They just moved here and the way you guys acted around them, it was like they quickly manipulated your emotions."

"That's why you couldn't turn back in the locker room. Cassidy was standing outside the door, your heartbeat was going too fast to change back." Tara told the dark-haired boy.

"What happened at practice?" The blonde asked since he wasn't there. They explained everything and even told them about Dwyer.

"Should we get Dwyer here?" Allison asked. The other three looked around, she started to hear a heart beating fast, extremely fast, and water spilling. She cringed, barely listening to her friends.

"I think we should, he's experienced and can probably help us," Noah said.

"Okay, that's great, but how are we supposed to get him here? None of us have his number. We aren't exactly climbing up the social charts." Travis stated, Just as Tara's phone started to ring.

"Who is it?" Noah asked. The girl just shrugged and answered the phone. The others listened in quietly, while a voice spoke through the device.

"Hey, it's Dwyer."

"You have perfect timing." The blonde smiled into her phone.

"I just wanted to check in, make sure you and Noah were okay. Also, I was wondering if- OH MY GOD!" He shouted. The girl put him on speaker.

"Nick, what's wrong?" Tara spoke.

"I just found a girl, I think she's dead. It looks like she drowned? How is that even possible? She's in the middle of the street!" The rest of the teens stayed silent and looked at Allison, who was clearly struggling with the loud noises in her head.

"Allison. Hey, hey, it's okay. You're fine." Noah stated, rubbing her back.

"It literally makes me want to scream."

"It's okay, just do it. Scream!" He tried encouraging the girl.

"I can't. That's what the nogitsune wants." She grunted, trying to keep it together.

"What's going on?" Dwyer spoke over the phone and Travis took the device,

"We can meet you, just send us your location and don't call the police! We're on our way." They got a notification of his whereabouts and left to meet him on Wayborne Street. They got out of Allison's truck and met up with Nick, who was crouched over the body.

"She looks soaked but she's dry." He said to the four teens.

"I'll call my dad." Allison gulped and dialed the number.

"Allison, thank god! Look I'm with Scott and Malia. We still need to have that talk. Come home." Stiles spoke. Her eyes began to water, but she blinked them away.

"Wayborne Street. We found a body." The girl spoke, hanging up the phone. It didn't take long before they heard the police in the distance. Stiles jumped out of his blue Jeep along with Lydia, Scott, and Malia. They all ran over to the kids.

"What happened! Are you guys okay?" Stiles asked running over to them, specifically his daughter. He went to go hug her, but she turned away.

"Dwyer, what are you doing here?" Scott asked, looking at the kid. "Are you okay?" The alpha knew he was a werewolf, due to his scent. That's why he made Nick captain.

"I'm okay, I found the body while I was talking to them and they came to get me. I don't know what happened." He stated. Stiles turned to Nick,

"I'm sorry you found a dead body and called them, before the police?!" He practically shouted.

"Well, I was already on the phone with them and they told me to wait until they could get here." Dwyer defended himself. Stiles turned to his daughter agitated, because one of them could have gotten hurt.

"He's supposed to call you before he calls the police?" He asked loudly.

"YES!" Allison yelled, dragging out the word. Lydia snorted and tried to cover it up by coughing, but Stiles sent her a glare.

"I'm sorry but that just sounded way too familiar." Stiles knew exactly what she was talking about. It caused him to smile and laugh at the memory.

"Guys, go to our house. We need to tell you all something and I guess now is better than later." Malia said to the teens, who got back in the truck and started driving.

"I need to tell you guys something else I found out today," Allison spoke up. The other four looked between each other and Travis knew exactly what she was about to say.

"What happened?" Dwyer asked, completely lost. Allison and Tara informed him of everything they knew so far. Then Allison told them about how the voices she heard were from her mom and dad. She explained how her dad used to be possessed by Void and how her mom is a banshee.

"Didn't Jack say, you guys might have been born supernatural, but it wasn't triggered?" Tara asked.

"Yea."

"If your mom's a banshee, is Scott or Malia a werewolf?" Travis asked, understanding where Tara was going with that. Noah started getting frustrated that his family could be keeping a secret from him. His eyes started to shift and Dwyer had to hold him still.

"Think of your anchor." He stated. Noah glanced at Allison and took a deep breath, calming down and changing back into a human.

"Good, you're controlling it. You're learning." Nick said, giving him a small smile and a pat on the shoulder.
