Meanwhile, about a couple of miles away, the cloaked figure was on top of a building.
"What are you waiting for?" a voice spoke to him, "Shouldn't we be killing that pest by now?"
The cloaked figure then took out a pocket watch and opened the lid, "Have patience." he then said, "The preparations aren't complete yet."
"Then when will it be complete?" the voice impatiently asked
Suddenly, the green smoke from before appeared out of nowhere. It swirled around the cloaked figure until it went inside the pocket watch and changed its form into a white feather, similar to the one that returned to Neon after the battle with the stone bull.
The cloaked figure places the pocket watch in his pocket, "Let's see this so-called 'NightBlade' and push him to his limits."
Back at school, it was the last subject before dismissal. While the professor is discussing the lecture and the students were taking notes, Damian was lost in his thoughts thinking about what the dream he had was about.
BRINNNG!! The school bell finally rang. Damian snapped out of it and started packing up his things. Until he overheard someone mentioning the school's "Promenade"
Damian's eyes widened. Wait. It's tomorrow?! He thought
"Don't tell me you forgot about it, dude," William said,
"Uh,"
"Well, that is so like you." Christine added, "Your brain is just like a sponge."
"Whatever," Damian replied, and got up from his seat and left in a hurry.
By the time he got home, he rushed to his room and rummaged around his closet hoping to find a suit for tomorrow's Prom.
Until he heard a knock on his door. Knock. Knock. He turned around and saw Aunt Sally holding what appears to be a navy blue blazer, a long white polo with blue pants, and black shoes.
"I have a feeling you'll be needing this," she said, as she placed them carefully on his bed. "I found it in the attic."
Damian checked the clothes and it's just his size. "Thanks, Aunt Sally," he said,
"Just promise me to take pictures." Aunt Sally told him,
"No problem."
As his aunt left the room, Damian opened his laptop and finished all of the assignments just before he got ready to sleep.
"I just hope nothing will go wrong by tomorrow," he muttered before closing his eyes.
