Chapter 21 - 16th Birthday Evening Banquet Of Chaos

When you're having such a happy time, time flies by really fast. Finally, evening arrives and it is time for the banquet to begin soon. The first to arrive in the hall was YueLing and LiTing hand in hand walking in. Their seats had been arranged to be right beside the queen. As it is still early they were the only ones there. "Xiaoyue do you want to see what I got for you?" he asks. "Yesss, show me!" she demands excitedly. He claps his hands and a servant brings over a long wooden box and places it on the table. Once the servant left she slowly opened the box and found a really pretty sword then left in awe.

The scabbard was red with the scent of white sandalwood. There are yueling and fuling flowers etched all over, painted in gold and purple. The hilt was in gold as well with a fox head on each side, and pretty gold and purple tassel hanging on the end with a yellow jade carved into a sweet potato.

"Wow! It's so pretty. Where did you get this?" she happily asks. "I actually forged it just for you! That's why I was acting strangely. I didn't want you to find out before your birthday. I customized it to fit you perfectly, it's not too heavy and it's at the right length so just it's perfect for you. I saw how the other swords you've been using the last few years weren't suitable to your figure. Some of them were too heavy which slowed you down. Some of them were too light which makes you miss your targets easily. The ones that are too long, you can't swing back without hurting yourself. And the ones that are too short, you're giving a big advantage to your enemy to hit you first. So this one should allow you take full advantage during a battle." he explains seriously.

"Wow, you've been paying attention to me all this time?" she curiously asks. "Of course! You're the only one that I will pay attention to. No one else will deserve my one hundred and ten percent attention at all. No one!" he sweetly says to her while looking deeply into her eyes. "I love it! But why is there a sweet potato?" she asks. "Because you love sweet potatoes and it was the first thing I ever made for you." he teases. At this point, LiMeng and Feng'er walk into the hall and see that she is all happy with LiTing's present. At this point both of them really know who is the true winner of YueLing's heart.

The both of them walk right up to the two, "YueLing Princess, we wish a happy birthday, each year prettier then next. May only happiness fall upon you, happy sixteenth birthday! " they both greets her. "Feng'er and LiMeng your both arrived! Thank you, thank you. You are both my favorite brothers! You both are sitting right beside gege he he he he!" she giggles. "Look look, look what gege made for me! He customized the sword for me and I really love it!" she praises LiTing in front of them which got him really happy to know what position he held in her heart. But at the same time it broke the other two's heart knowing how happier she was with his present than theirs.

"Since there is no one here yet I want to give it a try!" she happily yells out while taking the sword out of the scabbard. She quickly steps out of her seat and starts slowly swinging her sword. All her moves were taught by LiTing, but she has enhanced it with her dance skills. Each step she took were elegant, each swing she waved were precise. From far you can see her like a bird dancing from one side to the next. Up close she looks like a fairy, mesmerizing all eyes on her. Her charms had all three boys full attention attracted and even when she finished her little dance they were still left in daze.

"Hey...hey... hello? LiTing... Feng'er... LiMeng... HELLO!" she calls out while waving her hand in front of their eyes. It took them a long while to come back to reality. "Sorry Xiaoyue, you look so beautiful when you showcase your sword dance. I was too taken away. It was just so breathtaking." LiTing blushingly replies.

"YueLing it was amazing, you improved a lot on your swords skills. You must have come from heaven!" Feng'er praises. "I agree, you looked like a fairy maiden when you were dancing away with your sword. It is an honor to have you as a little sister! LiMeng praises as well.
