Chapter 7 - Prophecy

"Little queen, we finally meet. You are really what they say. The most beautiful women of all realms." he slithers out.

"Who are you? What did I ever do to you? What do you want from me?" she angrily asks.

"I am the Lord of the Shapeshifting clan in the Demon realm. My name is Leung Chen. There is a prophecy; a baby girl that was born in the time of chaos with a red birthmark on the forehead. And that is you." he says while pointing at her.

"So what? Even if I was her what's your point in all this?" she continued angrily asking.

"Prophecy says whoever gets to either marry her they can be the ruler of all realms or devour all her blood, they will be unstoppable. So, If you want all your loved ones to live, then surrender to me, and be my queen!" the Basilisk roars.

"I will never be your queen! I only belong to Donghua Dijun! I rather die than to belong to anyone else or be in another man's arms, so you can forget it!" she yells angrily.

"Well then, how pitiful, such a beautiful woman, I guess I just have to capture and seduce you, to bear my heir." he laughs out loud. "If you want I can always look like him too! Then the Basilisk shapeshifted into a copy of Donghua.

"How dare you turn yourself to look like him! Even if you look like him I will never ever give in. If I failed and got capture by you I will kill myself, burn my body to ash before you can touch me." she angrily roars out.

Leung Chen starts to attack her by trying to make her weak. He doesn't want to hurt her because of her beauty. He wrapped her tightly with his serpent form. "It's shameful to see you get hurt like this. Why don't you be a good little girl and surrender?" he slithers. He uses his index finger and gets a bit of her blood and then tastes. Then he uses his tongue to lick her neck. "You taste so sweet, like honey!" he whispers in her ear.

"Let go of me. How dare you touch me?" she yells as she continues to try to free herself. She transformed into her fox form and slipped out of his grip. She quickly transforms back and flies away from him. She closes her eyes and reaches deep within her powers to create a giant barrier holding in all the demons then uses the Tiangang shield to protect herself.

"Do you think you can defeat me, with your weak power? The more you try to hurt me the stronger I will get, so save your strength and energy, just surrender now. I don't really want to hurt you anymore. I just want to embrace you and have intimacy pleasure with you in all the ways there is." he continues to laugh perversely.

"You perverted jerk! Who said I'm trying to hurt you?" she yells with anger. Fengjiu reaches into her deeper power, she calls upon the fuling flowers from Bihai Cangling. She is using up all her cultivation during this process, but the fuling flowers are still not strong enough to purify Leung Chen but it did purify some of the smaller serpents.

Donghua saw all the fuling flowers appearing in the sky, he can sense the fuling flowers are from Bihai Cangling. At this point he is getting even more frantic because he knew she was using all her cultivation to do this. She won't be able to survive the process. "Xiaobai! Stop whatever you are doing! I am here! You don't have to do this yourself! PLEASE LET ME BE BY YOUR SIDE!" he yells out telepathically.

As Fengjiu hears Donghua's telepathic message she sheds some more tears as she looks back towards him. She sends a message back to him "Donghua I'm sorry, this chaos is all my fault, his intention was for me! I don't want you or anyone that I love to get hurt. I rather die than let him touch me! I'm sooooorrrryyyy!" she whispers.

She closes her eyes and focuses her power to create a fuling flower aura sphere to target it at Leung Chen. "The fuling flower is not enough to purify the powerful demon." she thought to herself. She then cuts open her heart to withdraw her blood and mix it into the aura sphere.

Donghua saw that she cut open her heart from far, he was hurting, even more, watching losing her life and there is nothing to do to help her. He keeps using his telepathic to beg her not to continue what she's doing.

All Fengjiu can say is "I'm sorry." She keeps focusing all her power and using more of her blood to create the strongest purification that there is. She's down to the last amount of cultivation.

"Little queen, there is no use to continue fighting me, just come to me. Just come and be my queen. We can be the new ruler of heaven, earth and hell." he sweet talks her.

"I WILL NEVER GIVE IN!!!" as she yells, she uses her last breath, power and causes a gigantic explosion in the sky which has all her blood and fuling flowers mixed together purifying all the demons, including Leung Chen. They all slowly disintegrated into dust and disappeared in the air. Fengjiu slowly closes her eyes and starts floating down from the sky. Donghua cries out her name and non-stop hitting the barriers. As she falls, her barriers lose their power, Donghua was able to cloud jump to where Fengjiu is, to grab hold of her.

"Xiaobai, Xiaobai, Xiaobai, Xiaobai please open your eyes. Why did you have to be so stupid? Why?" he cries while settling to the ground. She coughs and coughs out blood "I'm sorry" cough cough "I can't bear watching you or them getting hurt because of me." cough cough cough "and I can't lose my chastity to him and lose my loyalty to you." cough cough cough... "I'm... sorry..." she whispers and tries to reach out to touch his face, then she loses her consciousness.

Donghua keeps holding her close and tightly as he cries out her name and kept on calling her stupid. Everyone was all running towards them crying out Fengjius's name. Before anyone could reach them, the sky got dark and Fengjiu's body rose to the sky. Donghua wasn't even strong enough to hold her down.

"Damn it! It's her high god heavenly trial! Why now!" Donghua said in surprise as he worried for her.

"Even when she is in her perfect state she won't be able to handle the thunderbolts. At this rate she will not survive at all. Why? WHY does our fate have to end like this?" he said in his mind.

As she rises high in the sky, Fengjiu gets struck by the first thunderbolt and she screams so loud. Donghua can't stand seeing or hearing her in pain. He flies up to her and hugs her tightly blocking all the remainder of the thunderbolts. Everyone thought it was only three to five bolts max but no it wasn't. There were nine hundred ninety-nine thunderbolts in total. In all of history any god or goddess that ascended to higher god status only took a max of three hundred thunderbolts ever. Not even the crown prince and crown princess have to be stuck with that many bolts ever when going through coronation.

As both of them slowly float down back to the ground, he continues holding her tightly, protecting her from getting any more injuries and he slowly falls unconscious. Everyone else reaches where they are and all crying and worrying about these two lovebirds. everyone was yelling there names "Xiaojiu... Donghua..." repeatedly.
