As you sat at the kitchen counter, sipping on a cup of coffee, you wondered how long it would take Yeonjun to figure out you no longer would be going to school.

After Mikyong's visit last night, you stayed up for most of the night considering the pros and cons of being home schooled. Of course you wouldn't be able to see Yoona everyday, but you'd be able to relax a bit more when if came to school work. Mikyong's tutoring had also boosted up your maths grade greatly, so she clearly knew what she was doing.

In the end, you decided to accept her proposal. However, Mikyong was opposed to telling her son, stating that if he found out he'd only want to be home schooled too, which would for some reason completely out of the question.

So, as you sat all alone in the large kitchen pondering, you didn't notice that Yeonjun was standing in the doorway, staring at you.

He eyed you up and down and continued to do so with a raised eyebrow as he noticed you weren't wearing your school uniform.

"Y/n?", he called out to you, but never got a reply.

Shaking his head, he slowly walked over to you. Once he reached your side, he cleared his throat loudly which resulted in a short gasp from you.

Immediately you snapped your head in his direction and placed your coffee cup down on the counter.

"Oh.. Yeonjun! H-Hey", you said with a faster pace than you intended.

Yeonjun grinned as he looked down at your flustered state. "No Uniform?", he asked.

"U-Uh-"

"Nope", the two of you turned your heads to the doorway to see Mikyong putting in a pair of earrings. "She'll be going in a little later today Yeonjun".

"What? Why?", he questioned as he returned his gaze onto you.

"Never mind that, you better leave or you'll be late"

Yeonjun frowned as he began to walk away, hands tucked into his pockets. As he made his way past his mother, he wasn't able to escape a kiss on the cheek from her. The reaction this got from the man made you smile in awe. How could he look so intimidating, yet so cute.

You heard Yeonjun groan out in disgust as he wiped his cheek and continued walking out of few. Once the two of you were positive he was no longer nearby, both Mikyong and burst into laughter.

"That boy", she said as made a 'tsk' noise.

"I think he's cute", you said without thinking.

As soon as you realised what had just escaped your mouth, Mikyong was leaning her back into the kitchen wall and grinning like crazy. Her eyebrow raised as she eyed you.

"Oh?"

Your face immediately turned red as you struggled to get your words out.

"No... That came out wrong, I didn't mean it.. I mean he is no- NO the moment was cute I-"

Mikyong let out a hearty laugh as she came over and placed a hand on your shoulder.

"I know", she said in a humorous tone. "Don't get yourself worked up over it. I know my son can be cute at times"

You instantly used your hands to cover your face as you were certain your face somehow was getting even redder.

"I'll leave you to compose yourself, meet me in the study when you're ready"

Mikyong tapped your shoulder slightly before leaving you alone in the kitchen once again.

It had only been a few days since you arrived at the Choi family home and you had already made a fool of yourself multiple times.

It you kept this up, you'd end up as a tomato by the end of the week.

"So do you understand Y/n?"

Mikyong was standing in front of the blackboard, a piece of white chalk in her grip as she just finished writing out a new maths equation and for once, you understood what it meant.

"Yeah.. I actually do", you smiled.

Last night you weren't sure if accepting her homeschooling offer was the best idea, but it turns out she was way better at teaching you then any of the teachers you'd had in the past. Also, the one on one teaching wasn't bad either.

"Great", Mikyong gave you one of her signature grins before grabbing her eraser and wiping the equation away. "You okay to wrap up there for today? It won't be long until Yeonjun gets back"

"Oh right", you quickly shut your notebook and got up out of your seat. "Thank you for teaching me, Mikyong"

"It's no problem dear, now you can go get some rest before dinner"

You nodded before leaving the study and making your way down the hallway. As you walked to your room, you couldn't help but wonder how Yeonjun's day had been.

~~ Yeonjun's POV ~~

Yeonjun sat alone, his back against the tree as she caught sight of Beomgyu and Soobin making their way out of the school gates.

The school day had just ended but Yeonjun didn't feel like leaving just yet, maybe it was the sorrow and irritation of losing his best friend or perhaps he just enjoyed being alone.

Whatever the reason may be, he just knew that he wasn't ready to go home and face you and his mother just yet.

He was slowly zoning out when he was brought back to reality by the sound of a boy grunting in pain. He raised his head and caught sight of a red haired boy on the ground reaching out for his books.

It didn't take long for Yeonjun to identify the boy as the one he'd bet up a few weeks ago.

He did feel guilty for hurting the boy, but it was the only he could get out the built up rage his father had caused him to feel and now, as he had no friends, he didn't feel the need to keep up his reputation. Perhaps that was why he got up and made his way to help the boy.

~~ Y/n's POV ~~

The sun had already set and he still wasn't home. It wasn't strange for Yeonjun to come home later than he should, but it was getting late.

Just as you were about to go question Mikyong about her son's whereabouts, you heard the front door open and the faint sound of male voices.

"That has to be him", you whispered to yourself before hopping off of your bed and sprinting out of your room.

You were only about halfway down the hall when you bumped into Ms Lee.

"Someone's in a hurry", she chuckled.

"I'm so sorry Ms Lee, I should've been looking where I was going"

"That's okay, I was just coming to tell you dinners ready"

You nodded and bowed to the older woman before making your way to the dining room in a more composed manner.

As soon as you reached the room you caught sight of Yeonjun's blue locks.

"Yeonjun he-", you gasped as you noticed another man, sitting beside Yeonjun, had also turned to face you.

"Taehyun??"
