EITO POV

"What—and I cannot stress this enough—the fuck is this?" I asked my twin, who was clinging on to a less attractive, middle-aged version of me like he was the fucking messiah himself.

"Eito!" She squealed, still not letting go of literal Satan himself, "You'll never guess who this is!"

My eye twitched as I tried my very best not to crush the ice cream cones in my hands, "No, I haven't the faintest idea."

Nana and Yushina observed my aura "If I don't chill the fuck out right now somebody is getting defenestrated" and each took the comes and backed away. Hey, I get it. Save the the ice cream, not the asshole. It was nice to see them working together to save the frozen treat from ending up on Eisuke Ichinomiya's head.

"Eito," he nodded at me.

"Hey, Kurumi, sweetheart, would you mind stepping over by Miss Aihara and Nana for just a moment?"

She cocked her head to the side and shrugged as she went behind me to join them.

Ichinomiya raised an eyebrow and opened his palms a little bit to suggest, "did you want a hug too or..."

I threw a fucking chair at him.

"Oh no, I missed," I said with extreme indifference as he dodged.

He looked at the broken chair then turned to me, extremely offended, "That was mahogany!"

"Oh?" I said, throwing another chair.

"Eito!" I turned around and saw Kurumi marching towards me angrily.

"Yes, sister darling? " I said innocently.

"What the fuck?! He hasn't done anything to you! Leave Dad alone!"

I physically had to restrain myself from projectile vomiting all over the fucking floor, "Exactly! He hasn't done shit! Fuck him!"

Kurumi glared at me with an intensity never seen from her before, "Eito, calm down! He didn't know about us!"

For the first time in my life, I was pissed off at my sister, "He's a literal  motherfucking billionaire, Kurumi! Shall I say that again? BILLIONAIRE! A billionaire with neverending resources! He could have found Mom if he bothered to try!

"Oh wow, he's such a bad guy for respecting her wishes! He's garbage for not stalking his ex!"

I pinched the bridge of my nose, "Kurumi. If he really cared about her, he would have at least bothered to check on her at least once. What are you not understanding here?"

Her face flushed red with rage, "Fucks sake! Try to have a little bit of empathy here! It probably would have killed him to see her not by his side!"

"There's so much bullshit in that statement that I might just vomit from the smell!"

She hissed and stepped in front of Ichinomiya, "It's not his fault! Mom's the one who ran off!"

My eyes just about popped out of my head. She couldn't be serious... "Are you saying you blame Mom in this?"

Narrowing her eyes, she straightened her back, "Yes."

Ichinomiya attempted to step in and say that I was right and it was his own damn fault but I once again threw a chair at him.

"You just like him because he's got money!"

She paused and blinked slowly, "... I'm not saying that's the reason, I'm just saying it doesn't not help. But that's besides the point! He's our dad! He's family!"

"And what about me!" I yelled, my voice strained, "I'm your brother! I'm your twin! I'm the one who's always been there! We've been with each other since before we were born! We're all we have! You can't seriously be picking his side over mine!"

Kurumi's features softened, "Eito, I'm not choosing him over anybody. I just want you to give this family a chance."

"You just don't want to have to be a whore anymore."

As soon as those words left my mouth I instantly regretted them.

Kurumi's chocolate brown eyes widened with hurt and before I knew it her palm collided with my face.

I deserve that.

"Fuck you," she trembled, "After all I've done for our family. How could you? Is that what you think of me as?"

"Kurumi, I'm sorry I didn't mean that—" I attempted to hold her but she slapped my hand away.

"Don't... Just don't..."

My heart shattered as tears started to spill from her eyes.

"See! Look at what he's doing to us! We've never fought like this—"

"Dad didn't make you call me that word. Just go."

I took one last chair to throw before stopping. I set it down and walked towards the elevator, not daring to look back and see my weeping sister in the arms of the villain.

...

"Hey!"

I turned around to see Isao and Yushina running towards me from the hotel entrance.

"Hey," he said, not even breaking a sweat, "Yushina gave me the gist of what happened."

"What, come to tell me how much of an asshole I am too?" I snapped.

Isao put his hands up, "We're on your side, dude.  I don't necessarily approve of calling your sister derogatory words, I get it. I'd be pissed too. Though, I think I'd be more in to punching walls. I don't know, not the point."

He pushed up his rectangular classes as Yushina rolled her eyes, "Then get to it, Lover Boy. He probably doesn't wanna have to stand here all day."

He coughed, "Right uh, you need a place to stay now, right?"

"Yes..." I was suspicious of where this was going.

"Why don't you come stay at my place? I've already asked my dad. He said it was fine."

I blinked, "I thought you all lived at the hotel?"

Once more Yushina rolled her pretty eyes. It seemed to be a favored pastime of hers. "You seriously think that like, eight families just live at the Tres Spades 24/7?"

"Well that's what you all made it fucking sound like." I muttered.

She flicked my ear.

It was now my turn to roll my eyes, "So you mentioned your father, right? While I'm staying there, do you think we could talk to him about that… thing?"

Isao raised an eyebrow until he realized what exactly I was referring to, "Ah, I see. Why not? No time like the present," he smirked.

Yushina, however, was completely lost, "Wait, what are we talking about?"

"Miss Aihara," I lifted her hand to kiss it, gazing at her blushing face, "I should hope to see you soon. Isao and I must be off now."

A foreign black car pulled up and the mobster's son dragged me inside.

I took one last look at a cursing Yushina before the car sped off.

My newly acquired best friend smirked at me, "So Yushina, huh?"

"What abou Muss Aihara?"

He laughed, "Nothing bro. Good luck."

I playfully punched him in the arm.
