"Anakin," Obi-Wan called, breaking Gonk's attention away from the fight.
Using the Force, Obi-Wan threw his lightsaber to Anakin who caught it without much effort, instantly turning the weapon on. While Count Dooku was distracted by the second lightsaber, Gonk zoomed to Obi-Wan's side.
"Gonk," Gonk said.
"Simple? Whatever do you mean?" Obi-Wan said. He had been looking past Gonk to the on-going fight, but now his eyes met Gonk's square face.
"Gonk," Gonk explained. Obi-Wan's injures were not nearly as complicated to heal as to those of Qui-Gon's back on Naboo when they had been fighting Darth Maul.
Obi-Wan looked confused. "If anything that just proves Master Qui-Gon and I have different skill sets."
"Gonk?" Gonk asked, leaning in to fix the wound on Obi-Wan's leg. It hadn't taken Gonk long to fix his shoulder.
"Well, of course, I mean I'm better than him," Obi-Wan said. "He almost died."
"Gonk. Gonk." Gonk did not want to take sides. Gonk thought both Master Kenobi and Master Qui-Gon were very good Jedi and had never considered one being more powerful than the other.
Hearing Anakin scream, Obi-Wan and Gonk cut off their conversation and turned to find Anakin's hand on the ground.
"Why do I have a bad feeling about this?" Obi-Wan asked.
Gonk, suddenly very concerned about Gonk's own abilities, jumped aside as Anakin was thrown towards them. His head landed on Obi-Wan's boots.
"Now I can't move," Obi-Wan sighed. "I hate it when he does that."
"Gonk," Gonk said, rushing to Anakin's hand.
Gonk wondered if Gonk could use the Force to grow him a new one, or if Gonk could somehow reattach the hand Anakin had lost. Gonk though the second option would be much easier and Gonk spun to collect Anakin's lost hand.
"Gonk," Count Dooku said, "we meet at last. At last, we shall see who is the most powerful."
"Gonk," Gonk said, raising Gonk's weapon. Gonk didn't want to fight. Gonk just wanted to fix Gonk's friend's hand problem.
Gonk managed to block Count Dooku's first blow, Gonk's small saber stopping the blow from hurting Gonk. Gonk shot around Dooku using the Force (Gonk had always wondered why the other Jedi didn't use Force speed) towards Anakin's fallen hand.
Just as Gonk reached the limb, Count Dooku attacked again. Gonk could see no way of getting back to Anakin with Dooku chasing Gonk, so Gonk focused Gonk's efforts on stopping Dooku for the time being. Gonk just hoped Gonk could beat him quick enough to stop Count Dooku before it was too late to reattach Anakin's hand.
Throwing Dooku back, Gonk used the Force to rise into the air and attack from above. Gonk's plan was to catch Count Dooku off guard and it worked. No one would think a Gonk droid could be so high up when they could not even jump!
But Gonk was not a normal Gonk droid. Gonk was a Jedi.
