I am fine

Taehyung wakes up in an unfamiliar room ( wells that's not new for him). He doesn't remember much but when he turns to other side of bed he sees two naked silhouettes. Oh he  remembers now... he had threesome hookup with this guy and girl he met in club last night. Dressing up in what he believes is his clothes, he leaves god knows whose apartment.
It's 4 in the morning and except for the newspaper boys, the street is deserted and peaceful. He is slightly hungover but otherwise is perfectly fine except he feels like street is flowing. He walks humming some random melody.
"Oh it's full moon.... Looks soooo pretty"
"Moon~moon~moon"
He keeps humming until he woobly legs takes him to a nearby park. He settles down in the swing and sways himself staring at the bright moon.
"I love you moon"
"You are mine"
"Only mine"
"I don't like sharing what's mine"
"You will shine just for me"
"Your glow is mine"
" My sweet~moooooooon"
"Muahhhhh"
He giggles to himself and just enjoys the moment before calling a cab to take him to home.

Next day Taehyung wakes with terrible headache and ringing of his phone. He sighs when he sees the caller ID.
"Kim TaeHyung."
"Good morning dad."
"There is a business meeting with Park Enterprises at 10 am and you will accompany me."
"Okay dad."
He father already hung up and he is greatful for it. Taehyung started working in their company as soon as he finished his college. He is not in highest position but still accompanies his father in important meetings to make connections and as a training for future. He owns a flat and couple of luxury cars... Well life is set for Taehyung (isn't it?)
Turns out the business meeting is not just any meeting it was THE BUSINESS meeting.
"Mr. Kim."
"Mr. Park, good to see you and this is my son Kim Taehyung."
"Hello Taehyung."
"Hello sir nice to meet you."
"Likewise, Taehyung meet my daughter Park Ann."
Before the girl could introduce herself Taehyung's father interrupted them
"Taehyung this Park Ann heir of Park enterprises and the girl you would be marrying soon."
Taehyung wasn't even shocked actually he didn't care much it's just another business obligation. Just good for business. So he just gave a nod to his father.
"We can give you guys some time alone to get to know eachother." Mr. Park suggested.
"Oh it's fine Mr. Park my father knows what's best for the business." With that he left the meeting.
All day he was busy with office works and meetings and being spammed by his friends congratulating him. He doesn't remember how many times he rolled his eyes but now his head aches terribly.
Taehyung reached home at midnight with his favourite takeaway dishes. After freshening up and happily munching on his food, Taehyung stares at the city lights from his ceiling to floor glass windows.
The city looks perfect (perfectly hides all its imperfections)
The city never sleeps (or your dreams will be crushed)
The city brings you happiness (at a cost that will soak you in sorrow.)
This city has everything (but it's still empty)

He looks up at the horizon where the artificial lights of the city bleeds into nature's beauty. Taehyung likes colours he really loves to play with them and tell stories. He thoughts are interrupted by his cousin Namjoon's call.
"Tae."
"Hey joonie hyung."
" How have you been."
"I am doing great and congrats on engagement hyung I am so happy for both of you."
"Aww thanks Tae, Jinnie misses you, why don't you visit us sometimes?"
"AHH hyungie works keeps me busy." Tae whinned
"But you do have time for parties,club and....."
Tae just giggles at that and says
"Dad fixed my marriage."
"WHAT?"
"YAAH DONT SHOUT!!!"
"Now you are shouting."
"Okay it's Park Ann heir of Park enterprises."
"Tae do you want it?"
"It's a just business deal hyung."
"But what about you?"
"She looks hot though."
"Tae."
"Hyung."
"It's your life Tae just think about it and you deserve happiness."
"What made you think I am sad."
"I know you Tae... Just please start loving yourself."
"I am tired hyung, will call you later, tell hello to Jin hyung."
"Sure Tae, just take care and goodnight."
"Goodnight hyung."

He just stares his ceiling it's black.
Namjoon his cousin was disowned by his family when he came out as gay. They threw him out into the street while he was still in college. Namjoon struggled a lot but his boyfriend and now fiance Seokjin was with him in everything. The couple now owns a small bookshop in Seoul and covers songs in YouTube. There life is struggle.
At least Taehyung's father didn't throw him out. His life is not struggle.
He is happy.
He is loved.

And empty.
