Walking down the hallway i was busy reading an interesting book, seen it was the end of the day. Today was stressful, and all the cadets always treat me like a piece of Titan fodder. Like it does matter to me, because i kept wondering if i should go and give myself to the titans or continue living for the greater of humanity.

I accidentally smack into someone, stumbling back i look up from my book to see one of my team members. They glare down on me, "Watch where you are going, book nerd," she snaps at me, towering over my small figure.

"S-Sorry," i mumble, stepping aside and began walking away.

"Hey!"

I turn around when she grabs my collar slamming me into the wall, making it hard to breathe. Her icy glare pierces into my eyes, knowing she is already ticked off. I smirk lightly, grabbing hold of her wrist dropping my book.

"I apologised, isn't that good enough?" i question, feeling her tighten her grip around my collar.

"No one smacks me on purpose, and walk away without getting a punishment," She growls, as i narrow my eyes trying to make myself more intimidating. She then sends a harsh slap to the face, tears stung at the corners of my eyes. 

"H-he-hey Abby get off (Y/N)!!!" i hear a gentle voice shout, seeing Armin right behind her. She turns her head slightly, with a smirk on her face.

"Hey Sarah, come here!" She calls, as i saw her best friend come in.

"What is it?"

"Teach bookworm a lesson," She scoffs, but i grew furious. After one single shove, it's like it's the end of the world. Hey, how about we jump off the wall and be eaten by titans? Wouldn't that be fun? 

I then grip her tightly with all my strength as her eyes widen in pain, releasing me she backs away from me. I stood in front of Armin, twisting her arm right around pinning her arm behind her back.

I lean in her ear, "Come near me, and beat the shit of me? I will hurt you more," i hiss, as she shivers under my touch. She rips her arm away, ushering her friend to come with me. I sigh deeply turning Armin, with a soft smile.

"You a-alright?" he stammers, as i nod bending down and picking up my book.

"You know....they shouldn't judge a book by it's cover you know," i say softly, fixing my collar. His eyes were staring at something intesnely, when he reaches across caresses my cheek.

"She hit you hard," He says.

"I'm fine, but that bitch needs to be taught a lesson or two," i say, dusting myself off.

"Please no language?" he jokes.

"I'm speaking the truth," i shrug my shoulders, when i felt him interlock his fingers with mine shyly.

"Let's get that bruise some ice," he suggests, as i nod.

"Sure," i say, blushing deeply.

"I'm glad you're mine," he says, with a big smile.

"What would you do without me?" i question, cheekily.

"I don't know.......maybe i wouldn't be able to show off a few books," he says, smiling in an adorable way.
