You were pregnant.

Just kidding! Never again. Not after that Apollo chapter, at least.

Despite this, Eugene watches you curiously as he awaits your answer to his initial question. You thought he would have picked up on your internal monologue, but clearly not...

"No." You finally answer. "No, I'm not pregnant."

Eugene is not satisfied. He holds up a bag before shaking it at you.

"Well," he begins, and suddenly, meeting up with him in a deserted alleyway in the middle of the night seems like a bad idea. "would you like a child, anyway?"

You did not like children.

Before you can tell Eugene as much, he dumps the bag on you and books it.

"Wait!" You yell after him, but it is no use. He has disappeared into the night.

Defeated, you look down at the bag he had deserted you with and open it. You have many regrets.

It was ugly. It was so hideous, you were bound to throw up all over it. It was--

"Timmy???" You cry, almost dropping the bag in surprise, for bundled inside the bag was none other than Tom Nook's minimum wage worker.

Timmy beams up at you before waving.

"Good morning, Y/N!" He greets you cheerfully. "My family abandoned me."

You remain in shock. It wasn't even morning...

"What the h*ck am I going to do with you?" You ask at last, your question aimed more at yourself than at him. After all, it wasn't his fault that he had somehow ended up in Eugene's possession, and now, in yours...

Suddenly, a voice calls out,"Who's there?" and you jump. Timmy screeches as you accidentally lose your grip on the bag that contained him, sending him flying across the sky.

He lands in a nearby dumpster.

"Chief?" You ask the darkness around you, and after a pause, Chief emerges from within the shadows, a suspicious bag in his arms.

You narrow your eyes at it.

What, did he also have one of Nook's workers in there??

"What are you gawking at? It's just garbage," Chief says before walking past you and swinging the bag into the dumpster Timmy had just disappeared into. It lands with a heavy crunch, and you grimace.

When you don't hear Timmy attempting to escape the dumpster, however, you begin to worry.

There was only one reason someone wouldnt attempt to escape from a dumpster and one reason only: they had been rendered incapable of doing so...

The police would not connect you to this one this time. No, you wouldnt let them.

Before you can turn away and run, Chief grabs onto your shoulder. You turn to meet his eye threateningly, and he rapidly lets go.

After a short pause, Chief clears his throat.

"What are you doing out here, anyways?" He asks you before laughing playfully. "Not kidnapping kids, are you?"

Timmy chooses that moment to sneeze. You both freeze.

Chief glances at you apprehensively.

"Was that...?" He begins, but trails off as Timmy decides to bless himself. The look on your face must have given you away, for Chief narrows his eyes.
