"Woah, you can chose which jobs you don't want to do?" I asked

"Yes, that's one of my privileges as mayor"

"Cool" I replied

"Not really a model mayor are you" Usopp said

"Are you sure this is the guy the old lady told us to find?" Luffy asked skeptically

"I think so" Nami said

Suddenly, the lady launched foward and delivered a barrage of kicks at the three who were in front of me. She called the three ill mannered brats. I was not kicked because I was behind them and praised Iceberg. I was surprised at how fast she was. She would be great at being an assassin with those kicks. I helped Iceberg off the ground who got kicked on accident in the process. Most of them landed on him. She apologized for losing her cool before Nami stepped in to hand Iceberg the letter which he tore up immediately after reading it. The suit cases left on the ground. Iceberg agreed to help fix the ship.

"Wait why did you tear up that paper then?" Nami asked

"I didn't like the kiss mark" Iceberg replied

The moment our backs were turned, I heard slightly heavy footsteps on their tiptoes behind us. Immediately, I turned around and started chasing down the people who stole the suitcases known as the Franky family according to Iceberg's yelling. Stupidly, Usopp yelled out the amount. Speeding up, I used my Observation Haki to find them quickly and leaped off the bridge as they were taking off in two Yagara bulls. Changing position mid air, someone else had swung their roped at the two idiots who tied to take our money and slammed their head together which threw them in the water.

"Thanks" I called out

Landing gently on the boat with both the cases, I quickly picked them up before jumping over to the other boat  and somehow managed to grab the last suit case. I pulled out a rope from my bag and looped them under the handles before picking them up all at once. It was successful. Usopp dumbly stated what was in the cases to the man who helped me called Pauli and he perked up. I gave him a hard glare until I noticed a man land onto the boat which Pauli was on. The cute pigeon was on it's shoulder. I noticed it was the man with those sharp eyes from earlier. He was pulling Pauli's ear nonchalantly.

"I'll remember this Lucci!"

"You tried to steal money to pay your debts?! You are shameless"

The bird spoke for the man before flying onto my shoulder. I was enamored and passed him more berries which he thanked me for before eating. A happy grin on my face when it nuzzled me. I thanked the bird when it seemed confused my mouth didn't move. I pointed to my hat and explained to the bird who understood everything. He flapped its wings lightly as I gave it more food. The man known as Lucci was still pulling on Pauli's cheek which made me laugh a little and stick out my tongue.

"This bird has more manners than you. What were you two doing anyways? It's clear what I'm here for" I reprimanded Pauli

"Does that money even belong to you?!" Pauli huffed

"It belongs to my crew"

Noticing that the Yagara bulls travelled to where Luffy was, I pulled out the meat from earlier and handed one to each bull. They seemed super happy for that. Smiling at that, I gave the bird the bird a few more berries before I handed Lucci the container of berries as gratitude for helping me while giving a slight glare at Pauli as my lip jutted foward in a pout. I made sure to not touch anyone. I never knew if I would come across a Devil Fruit user. Turning away swiftly, I jumped over to Luffy with the three bags of suitcases and gladly gave it back. Nami was very grateful.
