"Did you sleep well?" Asking the blonde teen who was still looking on edge ever since yesterday. Placing a warm cup of black tea before him, you joined Armin at the table. Folding your hands together, you attentively looked at what the male had to say. Levi leaned against the frame of the kitchen's entrance with his morning cup of black tea in his hand.

"I got a couple hours in..." He smiled only for it to drop into a frown once more. "But a couldn't shake off the thought of killing those people... also there was a noise coming from outside the hallway... I couldn't make out what it was but anyways other that, I guess I slept somewhat 'well'." Levi cleared his throat as he nearly choked on his hot beverage as he eyed the rouge blush that engulfed your complexion.

"O-Oh..." You wiped your sweaty palms on your pants as you let out a sigh of distress.

"Captain Y/N, is there something wrong? You don't look so good." Armin drew his brows together in concern.

"She couldn't sleep last night either." Levi walked over to the table as he placed his cup down near yours. You fumbled around with your fingers with the hopes of Armin not picking up on your psychical gestures.

"Because of what happened yesterday?" Armin grew worried as Levi placed his hand on your stiff shoulder, rubbing it gently to signal you to not be any more obvious.

"Something like that, Y/N was dealing with some unfinished business." Your boyfriend responded to the heavily concerned teen. Drawing his attention back to you, Armin held his mug up to his lips before taking a sip. Tugging gently on Levi's sleeve, a warm smile erupted on your face as he lowered his ear to your mouth.

"Say one more thing about last night, especially to a young boy like him and I'll make you do unspeakable things, Love." Giving a sweet and quick peck on his cheek, you pulled away from the whisper you gave him, observing the intrigue look plastered on his face. Levi was clearly invested about what 'unspeakable things' you were referring to as you lightly pushed him away. Armin shot a bright red as he witnessed his every own, Captain Y/N Lahnet, display any sort of affection in front of him. The boy wasn't a big fan to spectate such affectionate acts since he would be filled to the brim with red engulfing his appearance, let alone you giving the stoic Captain Levi a peck on the cheek. "Alright, Mr. Ackerman." You pressed your hand against his muscular abdomen hidden underneath his light gray shirt. "You're quite a distraction so could you leave the two of us alone, pretty please?"

Letting out a breathy scoff, he rolled his eyes while he dismissed himself from the kitchen. Before he did so, he turned around to the both of you once more. "You two, don't be late for the briefing."

"Understood Captain!" The teen sprouted before he sat back down.

"Armin," You sighed heavily, gaining his attention. "Something tells me that this won't be the last time we fight humans. And I need you to be prepared for that." The poor boy sullied his head down low causing you to sigh in defeat. "Hey now," You called sweetly, your honey like tone gaining the blonde's attention. "Eren and Historia are counting on you. Yes, I agree taking someone's life is not something a guy at your age should do. But think of the benefits of your actions. Think about the lives you saved and are going to save."

"You're right Captain..." He nodded at your words as the glisten of hope returned to his beautiful round blue eyes. "I'm sorry for making you worry about me..."

"No need to apologize, there are some things that are best to approach by talking to another peer." Your lips curled into a tender smile as a familiar figure entered the room.

"Pardon for the intrusion," Moblit swiftly made his way towards you with an envelope in his hand. His actions seemed that the matter was urgent as he slid the white envelope near your clasped hands. "A message for you, the sender seemed to be in a panic when she relayed this to me."
