Chapter 13: The Demon Queen (2)

This can't happen again!!! You jabbed your blade through her hand causing her to cry out. You fell off her grasp and you zipped your way out.

"Come back my Queen!! I need to protect you!" A strange young female's voiced hummed into your ear. "They are coming... they are coming after you!" The voice in your head grew fainter and fainter as you fled from the situation. Why am I hearing voices? I'm positive in not going crazy...

You switch from your gear to foot. Since your equipment was a bit damaged due to the Titan, it could only last for a couple more minutes till it will give up. I'll come back for Eren. For now, my duty is to find help. You stumbled your way across the dense green forest. Along the way, you managed to jump over large roots that blocked your path. It took a toll on your sore legs but it was worth it, if it was to save a life. A recoiling sound hovered above you. "Captain?" Mikasa landed gracefully down to you.

"GO!! IT'S EREN!!" You quickly switch to your gear as you lead the way back to Eren.

"CAPTAIN? WHAT HAPPENED TO EREN!!" She frantically asked.

"HE'S FIGHTING THE FEMALE TITAN!" You responded as you both entered into an open space inside the forest. Before you sat the female titan chomping on to what was Eren's human body.

"ERENNN!!! NOOOO!" Mikasa blasted through the forest and landed on a high branch. You landed beside the petrified girl as the creature slid the unconscious boy into her mouth. "Eren..." She mutter as the Titan fled the scene. "Please... you can't leave me..."

"What are you waiting for, soldier!" You latched your gear on to the trees and swung yourself after the escaping Titan. "COME ON, LET'S GO!!!" Mikasa eyes fired up with anger as she simply obeyed your orders as she zipped along the forest beside you. You both used excessive amounts of gas to propel your way towards the running creature. Gliding at a high speed, you drew out your swords.

"GIVE HIM BACKKK!! DO YOU HEAR ME!!! GIVE HIM BACKKKK!!" The titan covered its nape just in time for Mikasa to attack but the poor girl bounced off the crystal material that covered her hands.

"YOU LITTLE BITCH!!!" You spun around multiple times in great speed as you dug your blades into her unprotected wrist. "IT'S BECAUSE OF YOU!!!" You and Mikasa each took a slice at the Titan's body. Attacking it on every possible angle. "YOU KILLED THEM!!!" The female titan swung her hand at Mikasa in attempt to crush her. Steam emitted from her injuries as you both continued to swing your blades violently at the beast. The metallic steel of blood reached your nose as his trickled its way down your forehead.

"GIVE HIM BACKKKK!!!" The young girl screeched. You sliced both of its Achilles' tendon causing the Titan to slam head first into the ground.

"TIME TO CRUSH YOUUU!!!!" You voice reeked with bloodlust as the Titan turned it's terrified eyes at you.

"My queen, please. I'm doing only what I'm ordered to do!" The same female voice rung through your head. "Forgive me!"

"Mikasa NO!" You warned but it was too late. The girl already struck the crystalized material with her blade causing them to crumble into pieces.

"My blades!" Worry washed over her face. "It didn't even brake the skin!"

"We'll have to find another way to make this beast drop her arms!" You yelled at the cadet. "Striking the hardened area will do nothing but destroy our weapons!" The female creature slummed her back against the tree causing her to sit down.

"He... He's still alive!" Mikasa replaced her blades with new ones. "HE'S STILL ALIVE! I'M COMING FOR YOU EREN!"

The girl was blinded with her sole duty to retrieve her friend and because of that, she carelessly charged at the Titan making you keep an eye on her just in cause she gets into danger. You rushed in after her but the Titan stood up and ran away in another direction.
