He felt weird, laying in the guest room. Cold as well. It's just Kyle and Dan had a fight, so naturally he decided to sleep in the guest room but then he remembered the horror movie they have both watched that morning. The thing in the movie killed at night time, he looked around. It was dark, dark enough for a murderer to hide. He heard a window open and his breath hitched, Dan wouldn't admit to being scared by a movie like that. It wasn't scary when they watched it.
But now that he was alone...well, he also regretted playing five nights at Freddy's. Nervously he stood, walking towards the door to get to the hall. He was walking until...well, he heard a creek near him and screamed, jumping back onto his bed and curled up into a ball.
He didn't hear Kyle's chuckle, too busy fearing his own death. The light turned on and caused his eyes to open then close. "Did I scare you, Danny?" Kyle teased when his eyes adjusted to the lights. He huffed, "No." he lied though Kyle would know.
He stopped shivering when Kyle walked off and got into the bed with him, wrapping his arms around him. "Was it the movie?" He asked, his answer was a nod. They didn't speak, they just cuddled. And that was enough for Dan.
