Four times Kyle saw the Red Hood and one time he ran
1.
He was in a fight with his girlfriend, they both said things they would regret. Expect Kyle didn't feel like he regretted it. He broke up with her. Sitting in the cafe, his arms crossed when he saw him. The Red Hood man, Kyle was curious. When he turned around, he saw his eyes then the Red Hood left. He wasn't curious enough to run after him.

He was at the shops when he saw Red Hood again. It was two days after he first saw him. He was trying to get something was a shelf that was too high for him. Naturally Kyle went over and helped him. But Red Hood ran like before. Kyle was getting curious but not enough to run.

He couldn't tell if Red Hood happened to be in the same location as him or if Red Hood was just part of his imagination. He decided to test that theory, walking over to Red Hood in the train. Thinking he couldn't run while carrying a keyboard. He was wrong. He can. He was getting curious but still it wasn't enough.

Kyle was at a bar, he only noticed Red Hood when he actually looked. He was sitting beside him and he was obviously staring because Red Hood turned and Kyle finally saw his face. And wow, his eyes were blue but they looked like they were on fire. But when Red Hood saw it was him, he was running away again. Maybe it was the alcohol, maybe he finally was curious enough to run after Red Hood.
BONUS 1.
Red Hood stopped in an alley, the hood dropped and Kyle quickly shoved him onto a wall. He gripped Red Hood's arms so he couldn't run away. "Who are you, Red Hood?" He asked when he stopped struggling. "My name isn't Red Hood, it's Daniel Smith"
