Spencer and Toby: together for eternity

Spencer's POV:

We decided to eat. Hanna went to her house and it was just me and Toby.

I can feel my hairs falling out... Even though I didn't get chemo. I'm just stressed.

A waitress came up to us and she was very clearly flirting with him.

"Drinks are on the house" she said.

"Thanks..." I said giving her a dirty look.

"Yeah whatever" she said walking away with our orders.

Toby moved the table cloth so nobody could see whatever Toby was about to do.

He dropped his fork on purpose and went under the table.

I felt him start kissing my legs. I blushed but kicked him in the chest.

"Got it" he said holding up his fork.

(1 hour later)

"I'm so sorry I left you there with her..." I blurted out. "Wait what happened to your leg?" He asked.

"Um... She drugged you..." I said.

"Okay... And I knew you weren't like that. I knew and still know you wouldn't leave me and trust me I wouldn't leave you" he said pushing me against a wall.

He kissed me and I kissed him right back. When it got heated I pulled back for a second and wrapped my legs around his hips.

He took off his shirt and placed me on the bed.

It felt so good. His warm body on mine.

"I love you" he said pulling back.

"I love you to." I said running my fingers through his hair.

Suddenly I felt a pain in my stomach and cried out in pain.

Toby got off of me and put on his shirt.

My nose started bleeding and as usual I barely passed out.

Toby tried carrying me but I couldn't co-operate with him so we had to wait for the ambulance again.

I saw Toby crying into my stomach before I passed out.

I woke up for about a second and they were rushing me into the ambulance and I felt Toby's hand touch mine.

After I passed out again I thought maybe I shouldn't be with Toby. If I died I would hurt him to much... And he's probably more scared about this then I am.

But how much would it hurt him if I left him?

I'm not leaving him but... The only thing there's left to do is lie to him about my cancer...
