Spencer and Toby: together for eternity

Back together?

Spencer's POV:

When I woke up the first thing I noticed was that Toby wasn't there. The second thing I noticed was that Hanna Emily and aria were there along with a nurse setting up the food.

I sat myself up and my friends all hugged me.

I hugged them back and after a minute I asked where Toby was.

They all looked at eachother sadly before replying "Toby left."

"What time is it?" I said quietly. Maybe he went home to sleep.

"1:30 PM" Hanna said quickly.

I breathed and Emily said "lets get some food." And left.

I curled up and pictured Toby leaving me at the time I needed him most. He could just apologize and kiss me and... He should just be here.

"Spencer how do you take out coffee?" The nurse asked. "Surprise me" I said as nice as I could. I'm just upset.

Toby's POV:

I decided to get flowers for her. I felt kinda bad for leaving so ill get her stuff. I know what I did wasn't right but I was just pissed off that she wouldn't tell me.

I got her favourite pink tulips and a teddybear that said I love you.

"Toby?" The cashier said. I almost didn't see her.

"Bailey" I mumbled.

"We should like hang out!" She said trying to be cute.

"Or you can leave me alone" I said sharply.

She rolled her eyes and gave me the flowers after giving me dirty looks.

What I did to spencer was unforgivable which is why I don't plan on telling her until it doesn't matter... It wasn't my fault. SHE came onto me.

She kissed me for a few seconds and maybe I didn't stop her.

I walked out and put the things in the passenger seat. Then I realized bailey moved out here... Which would make things much much harder.

I started the car but she got in nearly crushing the flowers. "Get out" I said. No matter how much I needed someone I was not going to cheat on spencer.

I moved the stuff into the back and she kissed me. I wanted to kiss back but I can't do this. I cannot cheat on spencer.

Well... Just one more time. Then ill get a restraining order. That works right?

I pulled her onto me and kissed her back. Down to her hands.

She ripped off my shirt and and kissed down to my waist bone.

After that I made up an excuse and she said that was a one time thing and she's in a "committed relationship"... Sure.

Wait I just did the same thing... What have I done?!

"Bye toby" she said buttoning up her shirt.

She simply fixed her bun and left.

I grabbed the stuff and put it back in the front.

When I got to the hospital spencer was asleep.

I put the stuff on her side table and sat down. She has all these wires and bruises and she's in pain but I was out cheating on her. Wow... This is all to messed up. I can never forgive myself.

I'm not even gonna try and blame anyone but me. It's not even baileys fault.

I could see tear stains on her cheeks and I felt so guilty. I did that.

I cupped her face and kissed her forehead. "Toby..." Spencer said sleepily. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to wake you" I said.

"That's okay..." She said sitting up.

"Spencer I'm sorry" I said handing her the tulips.

She lightly smirked And I gave her the teddy bear. She rolled her eyes and put them on the side table.

"We leave for Paris in a week" I reminded her.

"I don't care right now" she said frowning.

"I'm sorry I know what I did was wrong" I said. "Thank you..." She said. "Your welcome" I said. She smirked and motioned for me to come in bed with her.

"I love you so much" she said laying on me. This made me feel even more guilty. I have to tell her.

"Spencer I kissed bailey" I blurted out.
