Spencer and Toby: together for eternity

The phonecall

Spencer's POV:

(1 day later)

I sat by the phone almost all day waiting for them to call.

I need to find out who's baby this is.

I finally hear the phone call.

"Mrs. Cavannaugh?" A man asks.

"Y-yes" I say.

"We would like to inform you that Toby cavannaugh is not the father. Y-" I hang up slowly cutting him off.

I run into the bathroom crying.

How could I tell him that's wrens baby?!

Why couldn't wren just die! They should have just shot him and let him die so this wouldn't be so fucking complicated!

I started bawling and I felt the baby move a little so I calmed down.

I washed water on my face and I just wanted to die!

I hear Toby walk in and I fall to the ground shaking.

I rub my stomach softly and Toby walks in.

"Is-" "it's not yours..." I say shakily feeling ashamed.

"Oh..." He says.

"I'm sorry" I say.

"It's all my fault. Maybe if I hadn't given him the wrong impression-" "it's not your fault babe." Toby says.

He helps me up and squeezes me.

He kisses my forehead and says he was just coming back to get something so he had to leave.

"But I thought you were coming back from the interview now" I say confused.

"Yeah no I... There's another one sorry" he says walking out.

I thought I remembered everything from before the car accident but there's something nobody told me. I can feel it.

Something's going on.

I decide to check Toby's phone to see if there's something going on...

I look through his texts and see that he got a text from a group chat titled A team.

"Come on Toby. She won't find out" somebody said.

"Yeah... Your right. Ill be right there. She still thinks I got fired" he replies.

I gasp and realize he's on the A team. And... Now I remember. He forced me to do it with him before.

I shut off his phone and put it back where I found out. Do I have time to leave? I only have about 15 minutes...

I begin packing a bag when he comes in.

I slam the bedroom door and lock it before he can do anything.

I put a chair to make sure it stays locked and started packing again.

"SPENCER!" He yells.

I see him begin unlocking it with a key. I assumed that he wouldn't be able to push the big heavy chair but he does.

I start zipping it up and heading for the window but I feel a small tap on the shoulder. The hand is tiny and not Toby's.

I turn around and see a few black figures standing beside Toby.

I try to get out but they drag me making me hit my head hard on the windowsill.

I feel the blood rubbing against the carpet but I feel myself being picked up instead of dragged.

I pretend to be knocked out to hear what's going on but I squint and see Toby.

The people have masks on.

"I'll take care of her" Toby says.

They all nod and Toby follows them still holding me.

I'm suprised when they split up with him and say they'll be waiting outside.

I thought if he loved me he would let me go but he just put tape over my mouth and put on my jacket so nobody would suspect anything.

Toby covered my face as much as possible and propped me up. We walked to the car fast and he threw me in the very back seat of a huge van filled with the people I saw.

When I fell off the seat nobody got me.

I did start to feel a little sleepy so I passed out.

When I woke up I could feel the baby moving from panic.

I went to rub my stomach but I couldn't.

I was tied down.

"You're the only one who knows the truth. Sorry hun." I heard Toby say.

I frantically look around and he's sitting at the end of the bed along with the people.

Alison, my sister, bailey, Toby, Ezra and... Hanna!

"W-" "shut up or ill slit your throat!" Hanna demands making me become quite.

"Aww poor spence." Bailey says sarcastically.

I want to kill them for staring at me. It makes me so angry for some reason.

Ezra remains quite like he doesn't wanna be here.

I didn't realize I was clenching my fists until Alison pointed it out making fun of me.

"What's the matter sweety?" Toby asks pouting his lip.

I feel Melissa running the none sharp edge of a knife along my stomach up to my neck making me tremble.

"We all agreed we aren't complete monsters so we'll be waiting until you have your precious baby" Melissa says. It makes me feel better that my baby will be safe... But what would they do with it?

Ezra goes to the other side and rips off the tape on my mouth. I thought he was trying to let me talk but he just wanted to rip it off and put it back on to hurt me.

Everyone leaves except Toby.

I feel him take off the tape and whisper something in my ear before un-tying me.

"Run" he whispers holding me up.
