Toby's POV:

(1 week later)

Bailey let me go...

As I was running out I ran into a police officer.

"That's him!" Bailey cried.

"Toby cavannaugh you are under arrest for the murder of spencer hastings and the kidnapping of bailey dilaurentis" he said. He went on with my rights and shit but I stared at bailey. She was crying and telling an officer where I "hurt" her.

They threw me in the back of there car and we drove off to a police station.

When I got into my cell I sat there handcuffed. A few minutes later they decided to interrogate me.

"Hello Toby" the lady said. "Hi..." I said.

"Lets get right into it shal we? Why did you do it?" She asked.

"I didn't. She's some crazy bitch and spencer hastings is alive... We just broke up." I said.

"Where's the proof?" He asked.

"Track her down and get baileys full story." I simply said.

"We tried" the lady said.

"What happened? The whole story." She said. Making sure not to hesitate I told her everything. From me and Spencer's first date to this moment.

"You know what... I think I might believe you kid. But the problem is I can't just let you go without further proof. We will put you in your cell and you get a phone call" she said.

"Great..." I said. I have nobody to call.

They brought me to the phone and I decided to try calling Emily.

The number didn't exist.

They put me back in my cell and I waited.

"Your out" the guard said. I was confused but I saw some girl in a black hoodie. "It's that girl over there" he said.

I followed her and when we got outside she ran into an abandoned building. I went in and when I spun her around I was shocked.

"Hanna?" I said.

"It's not safe to talk outside" she said.

"What's going on?" I asked.

"Spencer didn't betray you... The bag had money in it. She convinced bailey to do this so I could come and you both could leave the country" she said without taking a breath.

"I..." My eyes were covered and I felt a kiss on my cheek. The girl smelled of wood and rain.

"Suprised?" The girl asked and I knew who it was. "Spencer" I said happily.

She took her hands off my eyes and I kissed her. "I'm so happy" I said.

"Me to" she said.

"Do you still have..." "The ring? I couldn't live without it." She cut me off. I smiled and kissed her again.

"Come on you guys were gonna miss your plane!" Hanna yelled.

We started running to her car but it wasn't there.

"Um..." Hanna said frantically.

She got out her keys confused. We heard the beep come from a red car. One I haven't seen before.

We went in and there was a disc.

"You aren't going anywhere -A" it said. Hanna played it and it was the song fresh pair of eyes.

"Holy crap.." Hanna said.

"FUCK!" Spencer yelled. "ALL THE MONEY WAS IN OUR CAR!" Spencer cried.

People stared but we just walked away.

"That was 700k!" She said. "How did you manage to get it?!" I yelled.

"It was the bag bailey gave me... Ask that bitch" spencer said.
