Toby's POV:

"I kissed Bailey" I half lied.

"W-what?" Spencer whispers getting off of me. "How could you do that? When I needed you here with me you were with her!" Spencer yelled crying.

I got out of the hospital bed and sat in a chair.

"I get it Toby. You don't wanna be here don't let the door hit you on the way out" she said curling up.

"Spencer don't think for a second I don't wanna be here." I said feeling guilty.

"No... You- you would much rather be with her. You've made that clear" said said brushing her tears away.

"She came onto me" I said. "It doesn't matter who came onto who. You clearly didn't stop her." Spence said. At first I was confused but she looked at the collar of my white shirt and there were lipstick stains on it.

"I swear spencer it's not like that. I couldn't resist... Look I'm going through a lot of guy stuff right now and trust me she's the last person I would wanna have sex with." I said.

"You had sex with her?! And if she was the last person then you shouldn't have done that Toby. Leave!" She yelled.

"I'm not leaving. Not again." I said.

"Don't make me get a nurse!" She threatened.

"You'll have to get the army down here to get me out" I said.

"Nurse!" Spencer yelled. "Yes?" The nurse said walking in. "I would like him to leave." She said sharply. The nurse looked at me and opened the door.

"It's time to go" the nurse said.

"No..." I said. I'm not leaving her.

"I'll give you one more chance." The nurse said. I sat there crossing my arms. "Security!" The nurse yelled.

I looked at spencer and she just looked away.

The security guards came in and dragged me out. "I love you spencer" I exclaimed. "I don't care what happens I-" I was cut off by the door slamming in my face.

They threw me out and told me not to come back in for at least a day or 2.
