Spencer and Toby: together for eternity

Chapter 5:

Spencer's POV:

"My best friends used to be han, aria and Emily..." I said. "Oh... Well everyone kinda knows that-" "let me finish" I interrupted. "When we were friends aria was... Well... You know mr. Fitz?" I asked. "Yes" Toby said. "They were together" I blurted out.

Toby gulped. "I... Sorry I have to go" I rushed out feeling guilty. "Wait no spence" I heard Toby yell.

When I left I was surprised to see everyone in our school including aria Emily and Hanna. I felt something cool all over my body then I realized it was fake blood.

"Cut! Cut! Cut!" Everyone yelled laughing. I began crying a bit and Emily Hanna and aria were in the back looking at there feet.

Toby's POV:

I walked outside and saw spencer covered in the fake blood crying while everyone laughed at her.

When they saw me they clapped and yelled "good idea tobes!" I tried to force a laugh but I couldn't. I saw spencer fall to her knees. She looked down but when she looked up everyone gasped.

She didn't look sad she looked angry. She got up and simply walked away. I began to follow her and saw that she wasn't going to her house.

She got a rope from somebody's house and climbed up a tall tree. "Spencer!" I yelled climbing after her. She tied the rope to the tree and tied the other side to her neck.

Without looking back she began scooting off the tree until I grabbed her waist.

She squirmed and cried but I wasn't letting go. "Let's go-" "NO I'm not going anywhere with you" she cried. I pulled the rope off her neck and threw it onto a house so she couldn't get it.

She slipped off of the big tree.

She grabbed a thin branch and yelled for help. I got as close as possible but I couldn't quite reach her. I jumped off the tree when I got low.

"Let go!" I yelled up to her. "Are you crazy?!" She yelled back. "Just do it!" I yelled.

She slowly let go and fell into my arms. She ran away crying.
