Spencer and Toby: together for eternity

Chapter 4:

(6 months later)

Spencer's POV:

It took me about a month to really get back out there. I liked... Loved him and he took my heart and didn't stomp on it... He threw it out but I retrieved it. And now I met another guy... Dylan.

I don't really LOVE him but we just dated 3 months ago... I don't even know if I like him or not but this is probably in all honesty me trying to prove to myself I'm over Toby...

He dated Camilla, Emily (until she came out) Hanna for a bit, Jada, Karen, Alice, Alexis, and Nancy... Before me so I don't even know why I would expect him to love me.

I have barely seen him since he broke my finger... He keeps leaving town and its just my luck since the one of 2 times he was at school he was assigned to be my partner for chemistry.

We were supposed to meet up and talk about something he was eager to tell me but that never happened...

Sometimes I cry... But I usually keep it together. If my mother sees me cry she gets angry and tells me true Hastings stay strong then she leaves.

"Hey spence!" Said Dylan. He was here to pick me up... We are going to his house to study together and I can't use a car since... I got a B....

When we got to his house he locked his door. "My parents are out so... Just tell me if you hear them" he said.

"Uh okay" I said sitting on his bed. "Come here" he said. I crawled and sat beside him. "Um so-" I was interrupted by a hard kiss.

"Wh-what was that for?" I asked. "You know exactly what I want" he said beginning to take off my hoodie. "No... I'm not comfortable d-" "you don't have to be" he said

"I'll make you comfortable" he added. "You are 17 spencer honey and its 2014 this is normal and trust me... You will love this" he said."uh" "shh" he said.

"No! I- I can't" I said pushing him. I began to run but he pulled me by the skirt. "Hey spencer you are a dirty whore and always will be! .... Just remember this. You will pay for this!" He said letting me go... He technically cannot be charged for this since he let me go...

Toby's POV:

"Spencer we need to talk... call me back." I said leaving a message.

(1 hour later)

"Hi... It's spencer..." She said sounding like she was in tears. "Are you okay?" I asked. "Um... Where should we talk?" She asked sniffling. "The... Brew" I said. "Okay I'm on my way" and with that she hung up.

"Hi spencer" I said. "Um... Hi" she said sounding surprised. "Look have you gotten texts from A?" I asked straight up. "Uh... I... How did y-you know?" She asked whispering. I showed her the text that I had to break up with her then the text giving me permission to go back with her.

"Well.... Uh...." And then she kissed me passionately. I pulled her in and held her.

We went to my loft to spend time together. "I... I think I love you" I hesitated. She blushed and kissed me. "Why do so many people bully you? Your the best person in there. Even better than I am. And I actually believed them! How is that even possible... That guy was just angry because he didn't get an amazing person in the good part of his life." I said.

"Toby help me." She said frowning. "Okay... What is it?" I asked. "My ex tried to force me to have sex with him... And when I left he just said he would make my life a living hell" she said.

"Who?" I asked. "Dylan Stevenson..." She said. "I want to run away with you... I just want to get away from my horrible miserable life..." She said. "I will make it happen... Plus ill punch that kid out" he said. "Thank you... I feel so safe when I'm in your arms" she said laying on me.

"You know we graduate this year... We could go to a college far far away from all of this shit" I said. "Miami..." She said. "That sounds amazing..." I said. "You are always welcome here... In fact ill get you a key so even if I'm not here you can come over to escape your family" I said.

"That sound great" she said kissing me on the cheek. I usually want to have sex with girls but that doesn't happen with spencer... Of course Every girl I've ever been with in that way I now regret.

"It's Friday... Do you wanna stay here tonight?" I asked. "Um... Okay" she said giggling a bit. "I..." She blushed. "What?" I said. She smirked. "I will tickle you if you do not tell me." I said as serious as I could.

"I need to tell you something..." She mumbled.
