Wang Yibo's POV:
"Cheers!" Eli taps his beer bottle against mine and takes a sip "How are you feeling?". I raise my eyebrows at his question and chuckle "Eli, buddy, you have asked me this question umpteen number of times. I am alright. Why won't I be?"
"For one you just moved back in to your old house. Two, tomorrow you're going back to the university, three you miss him" Eli whispers the last part and I smile.
"True to all of the above, but I am glad too. I am excited to go back to the university, don't forget we have the annual charity event coming up and Zhan Ge isn't aware that I was selected. Suho and Kai will be staying back to help me practice some of the chosen songs. Had I been staying in Xiao Mansion, that would have been impossible" taking a sip, I continue "and yes, I miss him terribly but this seems the right move. He needs to get some perspective and I need to be supportive".
Eli grins and we go back to watching the movie. He sleeps over at my place, which is a good thing because I was used to having people around me. This quietude would have been stifling. Maybe he knew that I needed his company. He didn't say much. I didn't have to ask much. We were best friends and that's all that mattered.

Eli drove us to the university and I was pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome. I really did miss this place a lot. Nothing much has changed just maybe I was more known now than ever. It didn't matter as long as there were no homophobic slurs directed at anyone.
Entering my the University was one thing but entering my class was all together another feeling. Bouts of cheers and claps resonated around and it was Suho who greeted me first "Yibo, how are you feeling?".
"Awesome" he chuckled at my answer and I was greeted by the rest. It felt good to be back and if ever I had any anxiety, they vanished from forefront. This is my domain and I am best when I am surrounded by music.
