"What are you giggling about Sarah?" My best friend Mariah asked

"Oh this guy my parents brought over last night, his parents are like long time friends so they were over and we got to talking he is actually really nice" I told her looking at my phone

"Someone's got a crush" Mariah teases

"Yeah if only he was actually my age, he is 21 and in college he is actually going to become a doctor" I said smiling

The bell rings and signals it's time for 4th period I get a text on my phone it's from Brian

Brian- I don't have class after 3 do you wanna come over?

Me- I'd have to tell my parents

Brian- tell them that you are hanging with a friend so they don't get suspicious

Me- why would they get suspicious?

Brian- the age gap?

Me- they probably don't care but I'll lie just for you ;)

Brian- see you around 3:30?

Me- yeah

I walk into my next hour with a big fat smile on my face also I'm in anatomy class fun, I've had straight A's in this class since I've started it.

"Okay class today we are gonna do a fun board certification test, you aren't going to get a grade" my teacher said, this shall be fun

I lean back into my chair "Sarah I'm gonna start with you, the most likely diagnosis is. The sagittal T2-weighted MRI images were obtained from an otherwise healthy 25 year old woman. The remaining thoracic and lumbar images were unremarkable. The most likely diagnosis is?" She asked me

"Chiari 1 malformation" I answered

"What's the scenario?" The blonde asked

"A 2-year-old child is brought to your office by her concerned parents. They state they have been seeing her eyes "jerking around" randomly, and that she "hasn't been walking right" and she is extremely irritable and moody and not sleeping well at all. The parents describe her as having "dancing eyes and feet". Upon your observation, you note that her eyes are arrhythmic with conjugate saccades occurring in all directions of gaze without a saccadic interval. Her gait appears ataxic and she has some jerking twitches of her arm that resembles shock-like, involuntary movements. I raised my hand knowing the exact answer looking at everyone's clueless face "CT scan of the neck, chest, abdomen and pelvis" I said, I looked next to me to see a confused look "what it's easy" I laughed

"I don't understand how that much information gets into that tiny little head of yours" the guy next to me laughed

"Hey my dad is a neurosurgeon" I told him

"I'm chase" he said holding his hand out

"Sarah" I put my hand in his and shook it

The bell rings once more signaling us it's time to go home it's around 2pm I heard my name being yelled through the halls, I turn around to see chase "hey" he said catching up to me

"Hey, whats up?" I asked him

"I was wondering if I could have your number, sorry I'm being so forward you are just really pretty" he said
