It's now currently Friday afternoon, I'm waiting on Brian to come pick me up so we can head to his family dinner I'm actually kinda nervous. What if his family doesn't actually like me I mean when they came over that one time I think they liked me I mean I'm a shepherd of course they should actually love me

"Sarah, Brian's here" I heard my dad say, I got up and walked over to the door waving goodbye to my family

"Hey" I got into his car

"Hey, you look beautiful" he told me, I blushed at his comment

"Thank you" I said, he pulled out of the driveway heading towards his parents house I believe

"So why are we going to this dinner" I asked him

"I have an older sister and she getting married so we are meeting him tonight, he has a son from his previous relationship I think so we are in for a treat" he told me

"How old is your sister?" I asked him

"29 and I think her fiancé is 32" he told me

"Awe your the baby" I teased

"Yeah yeah, anyways I've met him before he's cool" he then said

We pulled into a driveway "should I be nervous? Because i feel nervous" I told him

"No you shouldn't be nervous, if you are worried about my parents I've told them you were coming" he said taking my hand

"You will be fine, trust me I wouldn't let anything bad happen to you" he told me then kissed my forehead

We get out of the car together and walk towards the front door he opened the door for me "mom dad I'm back" he yelled into the house with me following behind

"In here" I heard a women say

I followed nervously behind Brian "Brian is Sarah with you?" His mom asked

"Yeah she's just nervous" he told her, I peeked out behind him

"Hi mrs. Hillsday, you have a beautiful home" I told her

"Thank you Sarah, you look beautiful by the way" she told me

"Thank you" I said back, Brian put his arm around me

"Your sister should be here in 30 minutes, Sarah make yourself at home" she said going back into the kitchen

"Where's your dad?" I asked him

"He was in his office when I left" he told me

He took my hand and we went upstairs, we stopped outside a big door, Brian knocked on it "dad, Sarah is here" he said

"Come in" I hear a deep voice say

Brian opened the door to reveal his dad on his computer "Sarah, I'm glad you came" he smiled

"Thank you for inviting me, I really like your house" I told him

"Thank you, I'm surprise you like this better than the one your dad built" he told me

"It's cool but yours is better" I said

"Okay we are going to leave you be until dinner" we walked out of the office

"Let's go to my old room" he took my hand again and led me to his room, We walked in and closed the door I looked to see a neat room and gaming equipment

"I was expecting posters and comic books" I laughed

"That was fourteen year old me and this was eighteen year old me" he sat on the bed and I sat next to him
